Linus is completely incapable of accepting any external criticism whatsoever and having watched him on WAN show for so long it's infuriating to listen to given that he proven to be socially mature in other ways. But any time he's faced with any kind of accusation, no matter how minor, he stammers, flounders, gets mad, talks about how he doesn't understand it and downplays his involvement as much as possible. This situation with Honey that's been unfolding is the perfect example of that; he wasn't accused of anything major and the author of the original video only used LTT as an example because he likes them and was slightly disappointed by their lack of transparency with their involvement with one of their biggest sponsors. Linus takes that and reinterprets it as if he's under attack from all angles. He refuses to concede any amount of wrongdoing and refuses to even understand the original accusation well because he, by his own admission, didn't watch the video and only read comments/bullet points left for him by his producer.

I've got a theory and it's that he's married to an MtF tranny. Its a possible theory, but the main problem with it is that it requires a tranny to not chase attention and demand to be seen and validated, which a quiet one who avoids the camera and speaking does not align with.
