To me its narcissism routed in social media and trophy syndrome combined with a pandering media and a quality of life too comfortable to give people meaning, so there is a need to conjure insurmountable handicaps and impossible enemies to give existence purpose. Hence we get this attitude now of being hypersensitive to the tiniest slip ups, because the act of crusading for the greater good is more meaningful than whatever the greater good might end up looking like.

His current "legal opinions" are entirely based on who he's in an alcoholic rage against, and essentially worthless as a result. Even LawTwitter is more reliable than Nick at this point. He is a devious, truculent and unreliable skeletal retarded faggot.

No. Epik has complied with a formal demand for retraction. Any damages sought at this point would be material rather then statutory. Which are not worth pursuing as a Jury could just declare them to be worth 1 dollar. Null has bigger fish to fry

also Epik is already broke and in bankruptcy. Not much money to seek there and im pretty sure the main idea behind the litigation was to get a retraction and a "win" and not necessarily money though im sure Josh wouldnt mind getting some cash out out of this for his trouble (and they are many)

I’ll have to go back and watch it, but Josh didn’t say that they needed at least half a million to sue Honeycomb and Elliot, but that a bigger lawfare company like the one Josh looked at required at least 500K. What he did say was that what lawsuit will be filed will have to be lean. So we’ll likely see a lawsuit on tortious interference but not much else unless Josh suddenly gets a lot more money.
I suspect his focus for now will be on defeating Caraballo who, being an ideological troon, will take this to court no matter what. The easy part is over, which is why we need to do our parts to fund the lawsuits.
