It was a nippy and somewhat dreary Sunday morning when Henry Larson Bett awoke on Astroglide-stained sheets between his wife Leah and his wife’s boyfriend L’Jarius. Bip the Cat, the couple’s surrogate child, lay at the foot of the bed, curled up at his feet. What little sun was poking through the clouds that morning shone dim morning rays on a progress flag and several acrylic pink guitars which hung upon the west wall of the bedroom. Henry gently removed the comforter from himself so as not to wake (and consequently anger) L’Jarius. Being a POC, Henry thought to himself, was exhausting enough without a colonizer waking you prematurely.
He tiptoed down the hall past the display case of Funko Pops (neatly alphabetized, mind you) to his MacBook Pro on the kitchen island. The afternoon previous he had made a rather lengthy post on his Tumblr account detailing his effort in deplatforming the notorious LGBTQIA2SP+ community stalking and murder site which shall not be named. Expecting to be greeted with affirmation and attaboys from his fellow butt-gerbiling homosexuals as he booted up his computer, he instead experienced a sudden terror. His anal sphincter contracted with horror in the meager way in which it was still capable as the truth became apparent; that danged dirty Kiwi Farms had doxxxxxed him.
The sinister manner in which they uncovered his identity was unknown to Henry. Had they employed super hackers? Were the denizens of the hate site inside his walls at this very moment? Was he, perhaps, a fucking retard who used similar usernames across different platforms which were tied to his real name? Time would reveal the answer, but for now Henry knew he had but one option: DELETE. FUCKING. EVERYTHING.

I've seen people on this site manage to dox people from the reflections of buildings off their eyes (Keffals), another got doxed by the release date of a limited run monster drink (Keffals Orbiter I believe) and another guy by a welcome mat on the floor of a fucking Ice Cream Parlor.

And this guy is surprised that Kiwifarms found his online information that's tied to his real name?
To be fair, he probably doesn't know much about Kiwifarms except that it's trendy to hate it.

Also you know, odds of the bar giving a shit if you didnt hire fagface over there as your lawyer and he fucked you over are fairly low.
On top of that if you flood a bar association with bogus complaints where you have basically zero standing, it will prejudice the bar against future complaints from someone who actually does have standing, like Null or the corporation itself.

obvious commie alert. also wondering what he thinks are "necessities", but knowing commies its just going to be "anything i want"
Edit: lol, lmao even

That second one is really odd. This nigger is a glorified hall monitor, he is literally part of the reason for that being a thing. Same kind of faggot that would tattle to the gustapo on said teenagers for saying "nigger".

If we actually want bar action (abuse of the legal process/knowingly making a false report is actually something he can get in trouble for, unlike most of this stupid internet shit) then there should be a complaint by Null or Hardin on his behalf
Not a flury of bullshit from randoms.
To be fair, it works for twitter/tranny brigade. Enough retards complaining all at once seems to do the job. Not condoning it, just pointing out the facts and logic™

It works for a lot of things, especially when you can overwhelm decision makers unused to the tactic and get them to panic. Every judge is going to have some people with a grudge against him, so at a minimum I'd expect bar associations to be at least somewhat more resistant to fair game tactics. Last I heard, Reiketa never got disciplined by the bar association, and he's gotten lots of complaints.

Let Null decide how/whether to pursue this.

he/him, this fucking queer.

I wonder if law firms in states that haven't been pozzed see that in his linked in and throw his resume right in the fucking trash where it belongs.

I hope every he/him, she/her, shim/xer/they get passed over for jobs at respectable companies for the rest of time. Faggots, the lot of them.

Don't be a retard. I want to laugh at this guy, not see him disbarred.
Oh don't get me wrong, I don't think anyone should snitch to him to the bar for multiple reasons, biggest of all being that it involves self doxing and it's doubly stupid when you announce it so it can easily be traced to you.

However if he somehow ended up disbarred I would laugh for a week straight, I just don't think it's worthy to be a neghole pozzer when your chances of success are zero and your chances of it blowing up in your face are sky high.
Yeaaaaah, should probably do that. I’m just sick of seeing us take hits and then going “ 🤷‍♂️ oh well.”

My retardation is postponed good sirs
Your heart was in the right place, it just also happened to be a kind of retarded place all the same.
LOL at this faggot, having the eye of KiwiSauron fall upon him after clout-chasing.
You know what would be really funny? if he lied about it and never called anyone.

I'd love to see him disbarred. Interfering with somebody else's business because you disapprove of their commitment to free speech is precisely the kind of thing I'd like to see more lawyers getting disbarred for.

That said, it makes no sense to contact anyone unless you have a really strong chance that you can accomplish your goal. Randoms contacting his lawfirm or the bar association will only make them sympathetic to his complaints of being a victim.

To be fair, the Model Rules of Professional Conduct require an attorney to report known acts of other attorneys that raise a substantial question about their honesty, trustworthiness, and fitness to practice law. This includes violations of the ethical rules. One such rule is that an attorney can't engage in false or misleading communications, which might include saying to a business representative that an attorney is an associate at a very high powered law firm in pursuit of obtaining personal ends, due to the misleading implication that the communication is given force by the association with the powerful law firm.

Now, I don't really know if the jurisdictions in which this guy practices/is barred follow the Model Rules entirely, but if this guy did raise his professional association in his communications then there is a colorable argument that he is in violation of his ethical obligations. I don't know if the communication itself, if not misleading, raises a substantial question about his honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness to practice law. That would require some more research which I am not interested in doing right now.

But when you're a barred attorney, you should probably not engage in these types of acts just to be safe. And if you do, you should definitely not tell the public about it smugly. And even without all that, I'm sure his law firm wouldn't like a bunch of acrimonious people on the Internet talking about how their replaceable associate (in the most replaceable practice group ever—M&A and private equity—which is not in the middle of a great business cycle at the moment) is associating their firm's name with his controversial activities, potentially in a manner that is lending their name to accomplishing those activities.

All I can say at the moment is that Goodwin Proctor employs people who may use their name to interfere with businesses they personally don't like, and I would not encourage people to seek employment there or retain them for legal services as such.

Randoms contacting his lawfirm or the bar association will only make them sympathetic to his complaints of being a victim.
Really only Lolcow LLC has direct standing here, with Null having some sort of derivative standing as the sole principal of Lolcow LLC.

I'm also pretty sure Null is aware of the possibility this constitutes tortious interference and will ask Hardin about it. It just happens we have business in West Virginia at this very moment (Stebbins) so it could even be taken care of in the very same court. Of course it would have to be provable that he actually did this and isn't just a colossal fucking retard who made it up as a lie for clout.

I'm sure Hardin is going to hear about this and Null should obviously follow his advice, whether that's to pursue a TIEC suit, file a bar complaint, neither, or both, or something else entirely. I just wouldn't want any potential action queered by a bunch of random third parties filing reports.

The absolute first thing the bar is going to want to know is what relation the person filing the complaint has to the attorney in question and how they were affected by the action. A tenuous connection like just being on a forum operated by a corporation isn't likely to stir their interest. They also appear not to have a form but instead require a sworn affidavit, so while legally, anyone can do this, a free form document like this is better drafted by a lawyer, who is also more likely to be seen as a credible complainant when he's representing the corporation in question.

Bonus: other than being a self-admitted fag he is redundantly also a guitar pedal fag

Here's where I get to be a little autistic and judgemental. Let's do a rig rundown.

Before we start it should be noted that pink pedal fags are the worst kind of pedal fag, and they live in the world of LE/custom stuff [read: overpriced, niche, autistic junk with limited practical use] for "soundscapes" [overprocessed noise]. These are the people that love to have obsessive control over aspects of their sound that drive them to purchase expensive clones of existing items because they have fun color and 1 more knob that may or may not have any actual impact on tone.

I'll have a sperg segment at the end of this with some recommendations of how to do most of the shit you could want with pedals without breaking the bank or, more importantly, being a massive faggot.

Going left to right, top to bottom:

Serenity Reverb (Special Edition) by Midnight30 -$199
It's a boutique reverb, I'm sure the "Ghost" function does something totally worth paying an extra $50. Very little info from builder, website is full of grammar issues anyway.

Berry-Verb V1 by GUPTech -$120
Yet another boutique reverb, though this one seems actually useful, and is reasonably priced. Lots of reverb options, transparent wet/dry mix and volume control. Likely renders the other unnecessary.

Warble Swell Echo by Mattoverse -$210
Boutique echo pedal with a "swell" circuit allowing the echo to follow a waveform. Seems kinda cool, but I can't think of a reason to use the main selling point of the swelling.

Instead of those 3, you can get one of these:
Dispatch Master by Earthquaker - $199
Can operate both as a reverb and a delay, or either independently. Has clear instructions on use, should still be headed up by the original team (cool dudes, met them at a local demo and again at NAMM a few years ago), and just added a momentary function for selective wet effect.

Or if you want to get extra fancy, try the Del-Verb from Universal Audio for ~$300. Pretty much every usable reverb and delay with expression pedal compatability and a companion app from a company that is absolutely killing it with quality.

Count to 5 by Montreal Assembly - $225
This is an autist's wet dream. I'll be honest, I've read the description a couple times and still have no idea what this thing really does. People use it for all kinds of weird shit, and the product description even leads to a megathread and a 3 part youtube series.
Don't get one of these, you're not autistic enough to use it and your audience isn't autistic enough to get anything out of it you couldn't get from another pedal. Also, it's made by French Canadians, so...

Doomy-0))) by Demiurge Instruments -£135
Doom metal fuzz from a britbong. Guy seems to make clones/tweaks on larger brand's pedals. Not much to say as it's just Distortion/Fuzz pedal #1937462 of God knows how many different takes on those circuits.

I'm sure it's fine. But why not just grab either one of the established distortion (Older Boss DS1 (new ones arent as moddable), RAT, MXR Distortion+, etc.) or fuzz pedals (Big Muff or Fuzz Face), or get one of the nice JHS Pedals: the Kilt offers a distortion and fuzz and can blend them, the PackRat has pretty much every RAT variant, and the Muffaletta is a take on the Big Muff variants.

Antares Overdrive by TateFX -$250 This is the craziest one so far. From the description:
The Antares Overdrive is the perfect mid pushed overdrive. Taking influence from a couple of Tate FX’s favourite Japanese overdrives and tweaking until it sounds just right.
For those unaware, when someone says "Japanese overdrive", they are usually either talking about an Ibanez Tube Screamer variant (808, 9, 10, etc.) , or a Boss pedal (usually OD-1, DS-1, or BD-2). Every one of these pedals has been copied and modded hundreds of times, and most of the circuit diagrams are available online. Even further, you can buy a Tube Screamer kit and put it together yourself quite easily and for way less (sometimes as cheap as $50), and just modify the circuit yourself all for under $100 and some elbow grease. So $250 is insane.
For comparison, the JHS Bonzai is the same price, but offers 8 Tube Screamer circuits, including 2 popular mods. But even Josh (owner of JHS) would tell you to buy an overdrive with a 3 band EQ and you're set.

Soph Gate by Donner -$50 (estimated)
It's a noise gate by a cheap pedal clone company. No longer available, but honestly a great choice for this. Seems like a slightly better version of their current model and only $10 more. Probably the best use of money on the board. Kinda sad they're not made anymore.

FV-50H Stereo Volume Pedal by Boss - $70
It's a volume pedal that can control 2 outputs simultaneously from a reputable company at an affordable price.
The Kilter by Champion Leccy - $225
Interesting idea, swinging back and forth between 2 FX loops sounds like it could be cool, but functionally very little practical application.

HX Stomp by Line 6 - $700
Multi-effect processor, does a whole bunch of stuff, and you can always download more user-created sounds and effects. Does a bunch of what everything else here does, a lot of it with more control. These multi-effect processors were designed to help people avoid having these over-the-top pedalboards (we'll get to his signal chain later...)

Unicorn Milk by Demiurge - ~£100
This one makes me sad. It's essentially a JHS PG14 clone for a lower price. Not sure how it compares, but I'll happily pay extra to not have this brit-made turbofag shit on my board. Claims it has a bit of simulated tube-lag (generally rabbit hole of pseudoscience based on a loose understanding of electronics, one of those things that exists, but how it truly impacts sound or how much of it is actually perceptible is tenuous at best), but the guy only sells this one through Instagram, and I don't feel like watching troons on youtube play their filthy guitars in their filthy dens to figure out if it's any different from the JHS.

Sugarcube by Alexander -$199
Interesting take on a Stereo Chorus pedal, another one that seems pretty cool. Has a good amount of control and variation. Chorus pedals are always expensive, and they all seem to do things differently enough that if it's an effect you want, you'll buy one that makes the noises you like, cry about it for a minute, and then move on.

You can always use the EHX Clone family or the Boss Stereo Chorus for cheaper options. I personally use the MXR Stereo Chorus for those 80s Randy Rhoads vibes, but have been looking into the MXR EVH Chorus because the EVH gear is honestly really solid, and again I love those 80s sounds.

Finally we have his guitar:
It appears to be a stock Charvel DK 24 HSS but in burgundy mist. ~$1200

Total before physical pedalboard and accessories/cables: ~$3700

Likely looking at ~$4500 all said and done with overseas shipping, pedal power supply, the physical board, plus whatever else we don't see.

You may have noticed above that he's got a ton of pedals with either multiple outputs or multiple loops. This plus his awful layout has made figuring out his true chain a nightmare, as he seems to want to be able to use and wobble back and forth between multiple effects at a time in convulted ways.

Here is my best attempt at figuring out his path, and it's crude as shit.

I've got good news for you.

so as it turns out, he's a converted jew,

Typical nasty little kike queer.

KF has nothing to do with him, but he can't help but stick his little queer kike lawyer nose into a situation that doesn't involve him. That is one aspect of kikes and queers that really annoys me, how they feel the need to insert themselves into everyone else's business.

So he's not a troon, he's a homo!

As well as a crossdresser who has a maid outfit. Typical lawyer.

He hasn't yet gloated about winning the last one so apparently they're letting him sweat on that one. I might have missed it, but I'm not sure if they've yet thrown out the complaints about when he doxed people who made complaints.

I'm amazed this guy went to Texas for law school. I have a funny feeling this was a "I'll go wherever I can get in" situation since I don't think Texas, as a general rule, loves crossdressing queer kikes. Of course, U of Tex Law School is in the pozzed hole of Austin, so I am sure he fit in. I doubt he ever traveled into the "real" parts of Texas.
