Litigation Fund

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
To clarify, since people are referring to a $100k or $160k legal fund, it was over $200,000 USD last I checked (crypto and money orders included)
it may have been updated to reflect recent expenditures, but this is current: 1710832839664.png

speaking of which, will the section about epik and carabello on the lolcow fund site be amended to include epik's retraction? or are we also waiting for a response from a certain "cyberlaw professor"?

it would be hilarious to see our adversaries crossed out, one by one, as hardin forces them to admit defeat.

i had forgotten about epik threatening to use discovery in a lawsuit to dox the farm fam. apparently, they did too.

I doubt this will stop them. Someone will have to actually pay a price for that to happen.
They already did. Companies hate having to issue retractions, especially if it's a company run by fags who were likely told by their lawyers "do what this person you hate demands you absolute fucking retards, he has you by the balls because the diversity hire you put in charge of your PR is literally mentally crippled".

"grow a pair, faggots, you're getting us in trouble"

Still waiting on them to allow the one reasonable admin to add Chris Kindred's involvement in starting Gamergate 2. Any minute now. They gotta fold in the face of overwhelming evidence, right? It's not like 80% of their editors/admins have "transfem" badges on their user pages and are ideological warriors, right?
You know you've failed as a hub of information/digital encyclopedia when even reddit has more unbiased sources and useful information.

We (as a society) need to start calling out dumbfucks that admit their bias and then act on it.
"Pronouns in bio/user page? You're not trusted to speak on this subject from a neutral point of view. Revert this edit again and taste the banhammer."

somebody at this company probably got their face rubbed in it but I don't think it's not enough to establish deterrence among external actors. That's what judgements are for.

I'm not saying that this was a bad result. I'm hoping it's a building block towards the more... intransigent parties.

Feature this.

Keffals in shambles. KiwiFarms up consistently af. Wiz Wong Phones off Twitter and basically confined to LinkedIn. The #dkf henchman in DC exposed as a sexpest (big surprise).

2024 is the year of the KiwiFarms.
And I hope the year of Kiwifarms continues into next year, and the year after that, and the year after that...

Congratulations Null for sticking with your guts. Hopefully it will send a strong message though I think they will keep firm in their troonshine-infused delusions
Nevertheless this call for a small victory parade

It's more than that. They tried to destroy him. They tried to hide the truth about the sick fucks that they are. I've always have stated that Money Talks. Enough people put their money where their mouth is to protect this site. THAT in itself is very telling and it does send a message to all of those sick miserable fucks that KF can fight back. Because... KF's not only has the money to fight back but people ready to back Null up.

Those Fuckers who are part of the Mind virus do not have money. They however are in positions that can make people's lives miserable due to their sick and perverse ideology that has permeated tech, government, media, and education.

The Battle is not over, however this is a good beginning and good position for KF to be in.

Honestly I am surprised. One of the big features of the establishment and one of the reasons why they are so entrenched is their utter refusal to take an L under any circumstances, there not being a hill too small to die on, and their willingness to escalate things to the furthest possible extent that they can go without caring how much they could potentially lose. So long as they win in the end. So something like this is really out of left field.
Never underestimate the whiplash-inducing turnaround that these companies will do when the free/easy money from DEI and other globohomo machinations starts to run out.

WELP Certified Doubting Faggot L over here.
Props to anyone who can admit when they were wrong. Knowing how the "powers that be" can consistently and blatantly disregard the law and make up their own "interpretations" in order to silence their enemies, I had my doubts of any sort of success, but I donated to the cause anyway. And I haven't and will never discourage anyone from doing the same.

And in other countries, like Iran, it's compulsory.

Yes, I'm sure they'll see that reputable and reliable publications in the domain registration industry have issued neutral reporting noticing the retraction and they will obviously obey their own "Reliable Source" policy and add it immediately because they're such ethical pedophiles over there at Wikipedo.
InB4 these sources are "deprecated" from Wikipedia as well, because they don't fit their preconceived globohomo agenda "aren't verifiably reliable sources of information".

But I was told Nöl would take the money and run. Did I get bamboozled? Jabberwockied? Hornswoggled, even?
I dare say you might have been hoodwinked, or maybe even flim-flamed!!!

Good boy.
MAID yourself in Canada, faggot.
