I asked ChatGPT what Total Kiwi Victory would look like.

I didn't have to sign an NDA but the outstanding issue is resolved.

- They retract.
- They issue a business certified copy of the retraction.
- They help me reclaim a domain that would otherwise be lost for good.

Someone else hasn't been returning our certified mail and now with this retraction there is zero basis to their claims. Not retracting now is proof of actual malice. I'm not asking for much here.
Based. I'm legitimately impressed that Kiwifarms got a public win. It's one thing to go "Oh they were right after all" but everything is hush-hush. It's another when a company goes "Sorry kiwifaaams, we McFucked up."

Everyone add another W to the list, guys.

What we do not know, and what Null is unlikely to say, is what if anything else was included in Epik's settlement?
Null said something about getting them to help us get the .pl domain back. He also said there isn't an NDA but that doesn't necessarily mean it would be a good idea to disclose absolutely everything if there's more.

I don't want to be overly optimistic, but things are going very well for the Null's legal goals. Epik has retracted their statements and it looks like Greer will soon be slapped down by either the district court of Utah or SCOTUS. I'm guess the next step would be to sue that Harvard troon for defamation (unless he issues a retraction like Epik did) and then sue Liz Fong Jones for tortious interference and defamation. The only thing that I'm not sure about is how Null intends to help his friend Vinnie. I'm not saying its something he shouldn't try to do, I just don't have the same level of faith in Australia's kangaroo court system. With everything else (excluding Greer who is suing Null), Null has a pretty clear goal and means of achieving that goal. In every other situation he's essentially said "Here's how (according to the facts and the law) these people have wronged me, here is what I'm going to do about it, and here is my lawyer". With the Vinnie situation, he has no lawyer (literally no lawyer in the entire country that will take his money), no knowledge (at least as far as I've heard) of how to overturn a default judgement in the Australian courts, and there is no guarantee that the judge won't just say "Oi! Dis is dah haet speech, mate. Yah doont goot dah loicence fuh dat!". I hope he succeeds somehow, but I don't see a path to victory with Vinnie. I hope he proves me wrong.

Barely any idea what's going on but what I do know is that Kiwifarms is shitting on people, this pleases me like shitting on Eldar pleases a certain black, Irish Leper.

One thing I've noticed in the past few weeks is that a lot of people are nudging toward mentioning the forum without crying about it. That WillyMacShow guy who did a big video shitting on keffals mentioned the forum and said that it wasn't a big deal. Mr. Enter brought the forum up in his devastating autistic takedown of some other sperg without including the normal caveat of "remember they're bad people". Do I think the forum will ever be considered to be the good guys? Of course not, but someday it might actually be seen for what it is.

A place where people go to have a good laugh.

Troons aren't going to like this either.

While i appreciate Jesse's objectivity there are people here doing good things

Would null be able to use the retractiin to send letters to people who defamed him to demand a retraction, and letters to companies that tried to give him offline to get them to back off and let the website run? Aren't some tier 2 ISPs still blocking access to the site and blacklisting IP addresses used by kiwifarms
I mean ideally yes, however some of these people are fully convinced they're on right side of history and will keep doing this regardless if he send them letters or not, just like most other sites defaming Kiwifarms.
