aught yes, but he should see some justice at least for what basically amounts to tortious interference. There's a reason that rules about professional conduct exist. If they didn't then no-one could do business because anyone with an axe to grind could just make shit up until they found someone who believed them.

If we actually want bar action (abuse of the legal process/knowingly making a false report is actually something he can get in trouble for, unlike most of this stupid internet shit) then there should be a complaint by Null or Hardin on his behalf

If someone is up to some ethically questionable shit like knowingly interfering in a business' operations or the operators legal rights to operate, simply call up thier professional contacts like the law firm they're employed by and politely tip them off to said unethical shit they are up to under the banner of their relationship of employment.
