No other place on this goddamn fucking planet has general free speech protections like the US does. In many Euro countries, say Nazi thing, gulag for you. In some formerly combloc nations, say Commies good, same deal. Russia banned us for a fucking Santa meme. Can't do that in the US.

The Farms is a 'legal website' as Josh likes to say in large part because the First Amendment more or less says you can't have a law directly about 'misgendering' or 'saying Hitler is based' or 'talking about the Holocaust/Holodomor/Armenian Genocide/Japan's WW2 record/etc'. It also has strong rule of law - no matter what anyone says about the Republicans, Democrats or Jews here, it's fairly hard in the US to piss someone in power off an have them quietly disappear you.

There are other reasons of course. You need a place with good internet hosting. That means the US, Europe and Asia as more or less a hard line around where the site can exist.

Appeal. Appeal a bureaucratic entity in Russia, first off. So that's the first no. Even if you had a good case, it's just not going to happen.

And there is no good case. There is a law that prohibits depictions of Naziism. Regardless of what you might say about the law, it was likely correctly applied. So the 'remedy' is to delete that anything the Roskomnadzor Informs us about. And we're not about that on this site. As a rule.
