It appears that Karl Jobst won this category? Does anyone know of another lolcow thread to get to 100 pages in a quicker timeframe?

I thought Janke might've had a faster growing thread but it wasn't.

Not sure if it counts but Fishtank hit 100 pages in a day, although I'm aware that both of those exploded in growth as a result of lacking a chat at first.

Maybe a sub category could be shortest time for a thread to gain 100 pages.
The 4chan thread after the hack went from page 421 to page 521 in about 11 hours. With 20 posts per page it would come down to a speed of 3 posts per minute on average.
Edit: Didn't stand still to think that the 4chan thread is not a lolcow thread :lossmanjack:

Didn't the Rekieta thread have like 50 posts per minute back when he was arrested? I was there and can testify that after I finished reading a page 4 more had already popped up

You are right! I just took the 4chan thread as an example because its recent. Out of curiosity, from the Rekieta arrest announcement (page 3821) to page 3921 took about 4 hours and 10 minutes, ~8.3 posts a minute.
Also I no longer think measuring the fastest 100 back to back pages is that interesting as it requires autistic obsession with the best subset of 100 pages which is more influenced by timezone then the qualities of the Lolcow / thread. So I say scrap this idea of mine.

That would be either Ethan Ralph 🐷 when he dropped the revenge porn or Nicholas Rekieta when he got arrested for having lots of cocaine.

ethan ralph beat Nick, there was a new page every minute in the ethan ralph thread, Nick had many posts but because of the slow roll out between them getting arrested and it hitting the happenings page and most people going "what i thought Nick was a traddad" and people answering them it took longer to get pages. meanwhile like every post on the sex tape was like 10000 people saying different versions of "oh god my eyes"

plus the sex tape was during covid at like the early morning hours so everyone woke up to it

Actually I may have been right - the original "retired" Janke thread got to 100 pages in just over 24h: https://kiwifarms.st/threads/thread...nd-her-clique-of-extremely-sick-people.96787/

And got to 500 pages in about 5 days, and 1000 pages in 8 days. I don't think there are many threads across KF that grew that fast or kept going at such a rapid pace for so long.

But I think it can't qualify because it was about multiple people and was more of an "event" than a person/lolcow themselves (the logic here being that a lot of extraneous shit was included that wasn't Janke-specific)
