The art style defense seems to be a minority position in the west, or at least I rarely see anyone say "umm, children don't look like that." They always say that they're only fictionally pedophiles.

I've seen it pop up somewhat regularly over the years but it could be that it's fallen out of favor compared tot just saying "it's fiction". I know it's a talking point that people like Rev & Kirsche have brought up.

Bout the closest I've heard her condemn lolicon is saying that people who jerk off to toddlercon need to be locked up in a mental institution. How she manages to square the circle where lolicon is totally fine & you shouldn't thought crime people into that cause it's just fiction but toddlercon is the line where we need to lock people up because they're a threat I'd like to know.

I have taken a course in pathological psychology, and my professor at the time had stated that pedophiles are into very specific age groups depending on physiological developments :cryblood:. As some sort of cope, they act like going for ones lower than their age range is somehow immoral when they are just as screwed in the head.
