ATF won't shut down, it'll just rebrand. The closure was announced 18 or 19 days ago, so it's very likely that most of the content is already archived and ready to be uploaded to another site. I initially thought Roriwalrus would be that other site, but it's been down for days, so I don't know what's happening on that front.

Anyway, I've been following the ATF situation as best I can, since the forum can't be viewed without an account, and apparently, they want to start anew. It's still unknown whether the forum and the booru will remain together under the same umbrella or if they'll split. Initially, the owner of Catbox offered a spare server to rescue just the booru and turn it into an independent site, with its own identity completely separate from the forum.



This option, while promising to at least save the booru, seems to have been relegated to a secondary position as a contingency plan, since apparently someone else has offered to take over the entire ecosystem. Unfortunately, there aren't many public details about this plan;



Whoever that person is, they want to keep them safe.

After looking into to the youtube channel, I can say this is much worse than I originally though.
Otsuka uploaded an animation of her and her daughter dancing to the song.

The most liked comment, that's just over 2.5 times larger than the second most liked, is someone referring to Reika as a "real loli goddess".


A lot of the comments are really weird as well.
Some important context before you read this messages, and my entire post, is that arrest is referring to this line in the song, so just think about who out of the mother and daughter duo would a person get arrested for touching.

This, unfortunately, wasn't clickbait as Otsuka does ask "what is this" in reference to Loli God Requiem to which Reika responses by singing "you will be arrested if touch me". These subtitles were manually input, so there's no chance that this was some sort of auto-translate mistranslation.

There are actually 2 parts of the video where this image is used, the first is at 25 seconds mentioned by you, and the second is at 4:42. The reason why I mention this, is that the second time is when the girl unprompted begins singing loli god requiem during the break (the on screen subtitles say something like "during the break fast talking god sings passionately"). The lyrics she sings, presumably her favorite part of the song, are (pronounced poorly) "shukusei! loli kami requiem" (rehearse! loli god requiem) part at the end of the chorus. The part she mentions at the early part of the video is the beginning of the chorus "sawattara taiho" (if you touch me, you'll be arrested). Now, as I said, this is not her favorite part of the song, but it is the part of the song that plays during that part of the music video, or in other words the 3 year old is very familiar with the exact details of the music video.

It's hard to tell when Reika is on stream or not, because even when she isn't her model or an animated PNG is on stream.

There seems to be a community in joke about replacing "Ui-beam" with "Rei-beam", and when that part of song comes on to pretend to be zap by it. (Vod #2 3:17:10)

While this seems harmless, it's not. The "Ui-beam" in the song is used to purge the lolicons of their negative traits, so they can end up have sex with her. I understand that it was probably ment to be a harmless joke, but when you broadcast this stuff to the internet, pedophiles will flock to these innocent jokes and use them to fantasize.

No, I don't know why you're interpreting it that way, the Ui-Beam~! is very clearly burning them up like a bolt from Zeus. In the music video, it doesn't seem like they die, but that's just gag-logic, the lyrics are pretty clear about a "rain of blood" falling on the "sacred Internet," and the song is literally a requiem (a song for the dead/a funeral). There is probably an implication about a lolicon paradise afterlife or (more likely) being reincarnated as a loli (I'm not familiar enough with Japanese culture to say), but nothing more.

Think I'm being a moralfag? Well less than a minute after pretending to get beamed, Taki posted the laughing crying emoji (aka uooh c**ny) in chat.

That image almost a one to one with the thumbnail. The only differences not due to different models is that the background has changed from ominous kanji to flowers, and the device in the original has been removed.

That device is a security buzzer. A security buzzer emits a loud sound to attract passerby's attention to the situation. The situation could be robbery, assault, kidnapping, sexual assault, rape, or many. others. While carried by adults, this is a very common tool for children with some schools even handing them out. In other words, the song is referring to a lolicon attempting to rape a little girl, with the buzzer ringing to summon Ui-chan, "the loli god" to save the girl. Either that or Ui-chan is the girl getting raped, and she's saving the lolicon, I can't really tell.

Especially with the context of the lyrics of the song, I feel confident in saying this image is supposed to give out a taunting vibe which makes me feel comfortable calling this pedophilic fetish art. Now that raises the question why on God's green earth would you ever commission an edit to this image to include your 3 or 4 year old daughter. She removed the security buzzer which makes it less fetishistic but still.

Given the context of the song, I found the whistle to be very concerning. That being said, the whistle itself isn't enough to definitively say one way or another, so I used google to translate the kanji and

I'm actually at a loss for words. In what fucking world would you ever use an image that represents your 4 or 5 year old daughter with a fucking rape whistle. I started looking deeper, because I though people were being too harsh on Otsuka, and I now realize that people haven't raked her over the coals enough. This is genuinely horrific.
None of this was hard to find. With the exclusion of the tweets and "what's this" video, everything I found via searching loli-god on Otsuka's channel (A) or putting the kanji for loli into Filmot.
