At the simplest level, it doesn't release the same chemicals in the brain. If you kill someone, the adrenaline dump and the psychological stress is nothing like killing someone in a game. If a lolicon "consumes" drawn CSAM, their brain processes that in the same way that it processes real CSAM. Same chemicals, same hormones.

A bit late to this and it's just to expand on your "Not All Lolicons" point - the added column is more about the variety of "proshippers" that actively detest the "dudebro lolicon" because they hate being associated or being painted with the same brush as the "cishet whities" who cunnypost and UOOOH or whatever all over the place. Just another kind of pedo that keeps their head down and think this makes them more palatable somehow. It's like if you mushed the two columns together but the moral purity won out.

Degenerate in-fighting is always amusing to me, but I also can't wrap my head around how they can view themselves as morally superior degenerates because they are gay and not racist. (Especially considering the fact how many gay men will outright say they like younger boys and take every chance to abuse them.)
 
Saw this on /vt but the loli vtuber Mimi Yanagi was allegedly arrested for the possession of her drawings. I'm saying allegedly because I would not put it past someone to fake this for attention. I'm also assuming given she emphasizes it was just for her artwork alone, that the art she commissioned from artists like Trente does not violate the law. Which is strange because most of the more extreme artwork on her account was commissioned and not stuff she drew herself. Makes you wonder what artwork she has that has not been posted and who reported her for it. Her new Twitter appears to made with her real name. I don't know why she would publicize this because she is basically asking to get phonebooked.

Edit 2: Her Mastodon is horrible and it leads me to believe she is not just being looked into for artwork she herself made but artwork that she commissioned.

I know for the US, if you are on the Sex Offender registry, if you have a social media account, you are required to put your legal name in it maybe the UK has the same law for them.
