What's interesting is this has been going on throughout all of human history. I appreciate that you want to help people navigate in a world where this occurs. But I think the people on your forum and a lot of people in the RP, MRA or whatever communities are exaggerating the effects of lookism. The evidence I've read suggest that the lowest 9 percent of looks suffer a 7-to-9 percent penalty whereas the top 33% of attractive people get a 5% premium.

What this means is that there is discrimination, but you have to be pretty damn ugly to experience it. Is everyone on SH or your site in that lower 9 percent? I would assume not.

And this is where I find a huge amount of irony when "incels" come here and try to troll us based what some people here look like. You'd think someone who thinks they are discriminated against for their looks wouldn't dish out that same discrimination for the same reason.

I also think society is headed in a wrong direction(de- intellectualization) and this is presenting itself in the fact that nerdy guys(often high intelligence) are being ostracized and ignored by females while athletic or good looking males are getting all the sex and fun. I could elaborate more but I'm pretty tired. It's also a fun forum with great personalities.

Bullshit. You're in college, right? You've been of dating age for what 7-8 years at the most? I've been dating since before the internet was available publicly. I can tell you with 100% confidence that nerdy guys and nerd culture is extremely popular and this has accelerated in the last 5-6 years. It's quite evident in the TV shows that are on and just in pop culture in general. Now, sure the super nerdy, social awkward guys are still going to struggle with the ladies, but that's not because they are nerds, it's because of their social behavior.

I find it interesting and hilarious that dudes with very little dating or sexual experience that are still very young are trying to lecture men and women who have lots of experience in life and with dating and sex on how women think and what they want. I'm a network administrator and this is like some intern in the marketing department telling me how to troubleshoot network issues.

The thing that I find funny is that he says here that he has a GF and yet on that site that he's incel which makes me wonder if he values sex so much why is he with a girl that doesn't give it up when he wants it?

I can understand that he might love her or maybe it's a hint of desperation and he doesn't love her so much as he knows he can't get another one so might as well stick with the one he's got even though she won't sleep with him.
