Well, I'm a little late to the party, but...
The redpill concept is a comforting belief, that there's this whole wonderful concept that only this superior community has access to. Sure, you can't think of any objective evidence to support it, but you just know it's there, right? I mean, you must have seen it, right? And that's why the answers are so evasive - because when these chaps actually think about it, put it in real world context outside of the incel hugbox, it just doesn't work.

This is actually a legit psychological phenomenon. If a concept is kept nebulous, it's easier to believe in. By not discussing it in specific detail, it becomes harder to pick holes in the theory, because no one can say what the theory actually is. It's why cults like to keep their members insulated from the outside world.

The biggest problem with these types of people is that they are made up of mostly depressed and angry virgins who vehemently believe their ideology is correct. They don't question these beliefs whatsoever and only go to these sites to confirm their own biases. I will admit once you take away the over-exaggerations and projection nonsense they aren't completely wrong when they try to say people can have biases against other people depending on how they look. Its precisely because of this however that we make fun of them in the first place.
Its when they try to blame things they cannot control whose existence is questionable at best, negligible at worst like Chad Thunderdick stealin' away their women who are all sluts for only caring about looks (bonus points if they're obsessed with how much sex they've gotten and yet ironically complain about sluts). Its when they invent an entire glossary of primarily misleading definitions and theories taken at face-value to justify both hatred and prejudice against men and women. Its when they believe that looks are the be-all end-all standard for attractiveness even more so than basic social skills and intelligence as well as many other important factors that for some reason they never consider.
