Find things to do that interests you outside of the internet and talk to people irl who share those interests. Everything else should just fall into place.

I don't know if I remember right or not but like 200 is supposed to be normal prescription dosage and 400 is what your average gymbro takes. I seen guys who were on like 4 or 500 and they would start crying and acting weird. This guy is going to kill himself and his zombie tits will keep growing for weeks after they bury him.
