Something about this is a bit weird. Do they really just advertise it as 'CP' on Telegram? It was my assumption they used a wide variety of creepy pseudonisms and euphemisms for it. I get these people are dumb, but is it really believable it's just "Your child pornography for $25, sir"?

I have no issue believing it can be that cheap. There has been tons floating around for free for years, it has no other value but what people are willing to pay for. And apparently, it's not a lot. It's not like the perpetrators are taking much risks, they are probably jeets for whom the money makes a big difference. It only took something like a $100 for one of them to torture a monkey on camera. $25 to copy paste a mega link and a password sure seem like a very good deal in comparison. And it's not like the police is going to be tracking them down anytime soon. Even if it happens, they might have the money to pay their way out anyway.

This low pricing is also consistent with what you often see in the videos from Alex. The dudes are more often than not poor as fuck, or straight up adult dependent of their parents, so it's not like they would have a big budget anyway. What I remember hearing a lot was Russian bots on Twitter that would invite you to TG, or Sessions, or whatever, then present what they had to offer there. And even then, most of them just kept the previews to exchange with others on Kick rather than paying the couple of dollars.

Is it a honeypot? If they send content, I don't believe so. It would create quite an issue from a legal standpoint. However, I have no doubt that some agency somewhere is perfectly aware of all these numbers, chats etc... And is waiting to get enough to arrest a bunch of them at once. Yeah that is true, and as they say more tren more men. I don't contest that at all. But this stuff tends to come in code. I'm just quite surprised that there are literal, open offers of 'CP' as a marketplace. Drugs certainly are, it is still treated as a black market.
