There's complaints within the last 5 months of burglaries and poor management, no talks of bad neighbors. I expect at least 3 future instances of people calling the cops and management over their lover's quarrels. Godspeed their neighbors. Clearly made for people with actual salaries and responsibility. No way these two are paying out of pocket, someone's mommy and daddy is paying a chunk indefinitely. These are luxury apartments that require proof of at least 3-4x what they charge monthly, all things included. They start at $1535 for measly one beds and go all the way up to $7k a month for 3 beds. They won't last without e-begging or whoring Lori out at turbo speed. Old girl is gonna have to go full service if she wants more than one bedroom. Flipping gay ass Nikes on StockX alone just isn't enough, sorry Kevvy. Its really sad that for Kev and Lori, getting an apartment is "making it". They're emotional over scamming a luxury apartment they're just going to destroy and beat each other in. Nice job finding the place she was taking pics, but I highly doubt that's where they are moving. I feel like she went there to view apartments and took some pics while doing it in order to make people believe they were moving somewhere decent.

Possibilities I can think of besides them lying:
  • Roommates (friends of Lori's maybe or old co-workers)
  • Either of their parents are sending money
  • Scamming their way in hoping for another eviction moratorium so they can squat legally
  • They only had enough to pay for a few months until they are employed in the area, so it's just a crapshoot
  • Somehow these are covered in part or fully by benefits such as HUD or other housing assistance (Sagi does this; for those unfamiliar she's a deathfat who got a condo with disability and youtube money)

The only way they find a place to live is squatting in an abandoned house or someone desperate moves them in as roommates. they have no jobs, credit, or savings. even slumlords won't rent to them.

Edit to add, rent has really fucking jumped in some areas of Utah. The state is also alleged to be the worst in the nation for rental and housing shortages so.....yea. I can't see this going any way but moving back with his parents (if they'll have him)

Kevin's parents I believe sold their previous house and aren't even in the same state anymore. If another anon can correct me on this please do so since I'm not completely sure. But the reason why Kevin and Lori first moved into an apartment together is because his parents left.

Correct. Kevin's parents sold their home (the childhood home Kevin grew up in) and moved to Idaho. That was when Kevin and Lori moved into their first apartment. I think there is still a status on his Instagram about this.

I'd bet less on family fronting the bill, and more on either: 1.) Kevin's made friends with a very rich person and managed to convince them to sign the lease solo, or 2.) they're just visiting some rich friend or family member for a couple of days. Both are very possible.

Both have potential, but I'm definitely hoping it's the first one. Roommates with that big of a gap in income always make for some fine dramatics, even without the addition of...whatever Lori exudes. And it's stupidly easy to get away with "smuggling in roommates" off the lease in Utah, let alone pets.

Plus, in that area in particular, most of the ones with money like that around that age are foreign exchange students that come over for university stuff. And most of those end up being from richer Chinese families, in particular (or even families that are seen as "average" in wealth over in Asia, but look very wealthy when they get to Utah). Which would make for some great antics, because the Chinese around there are still very heavy into their traditional roots. So if Lori tries to tell them what to do she'll just get laughed at. Don't imagine she'll take kindly to that.

But even if above is not the case and it's just some other Utahan friend, it'll be someone with a more affluent family background. And no matter how long they've been friends with Kevin, I don't think they'd be able to tolerate the two of them fighting loudly and/or often. Or be able to just stand by silently if Kevin's being berated as we suspect he is.

Have you been reading the thread? He alienated all of his friends when he got with Lori. I have big doubts that a family member would let Lori crash at their place too, pretty sure Kevin's family disowned him for attaching himself to that screeching harpy.

A Chinese student scenario would be hilarious though, it would be short lived as Lori tries to take over an apartment belonging to someone else and fill it with the tackiest clothing/shoes/plushies she can get her witch hands on.
Also, if Kevin tried to move in with someone wealthy, Lori would just try to fuck them in an attempt to make the apartment "hers". Kevin would be discarded if he brings her around someone with money. IF they tolerate her.
