At least where I’m from, the courts are still swamped, and I don’t think they’d want to book someone for a minor offense if it was their first time encountering them, but maybe SLC is different.

You're probably right to a degree. I doubt they call the cops on each other as often as we think. They probably get the cops called on them by other residents due to the fighting. If they are as volatile as they seem I'm sure their shared walled neighbors are tired of them.

When I was 12 or so, I had a super mega waifu crush on Sailor Moon. I had a kinda sorta girlfriend at that time that was also into the show and would put her hair up in meatballs, which was kinda cool at the time. It's something I look back at with nostalgia, decades on.

I'm guessing guys like him probably had a similar childhood that they never really grew out of. I'm glad I did, because sometimes I see shit like this and think "there but for the grace of God go I."
