There has to be another way. If reporting someone for SSI fraud required a SSN nobody would be able to get reported 99% of the time. its not practical

I saw the online form to report fraud, and yea there is a box asking for the SSN. Whether it's a required field, don't know. The other alternative is the fraud hotline. Maybe via the hotline a report can be made without his SSN. 1-800-269-0271
