Yes, that's the irony of it all. None of the people giving him dating advice are actually trying to help him. They're just using him to show off or feel better about themselves.

I don't check this thread for at least a couple of days, and when I return Lucas has gone from "16 is the age of consent in Washington State" to openly admitting that he wants to prey on eleven year old girls. He went from 0-100 (or rather from 25-11) in no time at all.

The main issue at hand now is that Lucas is at risk of doing harm to those children living with recovering parents/guardians in the care facility, and therefore is a potential threat to their safety. Though he doesn't have the nerve (or stupidity) to go through with harming someone, it likely wouldn't take much for that to change - especially when his sanity begins to decline even further than it already has. He has clearly decided to stop taking his medication, which given that he has to see a caseworker every so often shouldn't have happened. Unless he's that good at lying to his caseworker, Lucas should at least been caught out by now. Also, cutting out anti-psychotics (as well as antidepressants) right away as opposed to lowering the dosage over time can have absolutely awful effects on a patient, and honestly does more harm than good when it comes to their sanity. That being said, we all know that Lucas is the type that will continuously spend his life in and out of mental hospitals, and as such will never be able to function medication-free. No competent doctor or psychiatrist would ever take him off his medication, and should in fact monitor his behavior closely.

Be it the children or parents are mentally ill they are at a lot of risk already, having someone who's getting worse around them with sexual predatory behavior and thoughts is pretty fucking scary.

If the parents are mentally ill they won't be around to protect their kids, if the kids they might fall for Lucas act.
