And the "hole in his foot/limp" is not stopping him from waddling to the restaurants when he gets his state allowance.

This is the same hole that was on his foot when Skeletor "da god" and his outcast owls took pitty on Lucas and bought him a pair of Nike's which he ended up selling to another vagrant. He then got a free pair of BUFUs shoes. He was walking around with shoes with holes in them which he also had the ulcer on his foot exposed.
The cow will not work and I am thinking if one of his handlers learned about this, then they would tell him how his tugboat would be reduced.
If Mallon forces him to take his anti-psychotic meds, they may be some of the reasons for his weight gain, and if he can't really afford to eat out then the meals at mallon are either too large or the meds and being mostly sedentary are factors. I would imagine they have a menu that is more diabetic-friendly and he's already served meals from that. So, how many times does he go out for food? Are people really still giving him money? If so, the rat bastard doesn't deserve feet.

I'm willing to bet it was either a Podiatrist or a Physician's Assistant that made a throw away comment at one of his appointments to the effect of "better take it easy on the foot Lucas" which slowly became "Doctor said I can't do X until this heals" with examples of X being "Doctor said I shouldn't walk until my foot heals, will you bring me a second helping of food?" or "Doctor said I can't work until this heals".
No one in Lucas' care team ever made an assumption that he was gainfully employed.

I would enjoy that too, but most here avoid the Dream Chaser saga because it's arguably the only feud Lucas may have "won" or looked better in. Evie's nuts herself and honestly some of the videos Lucas made responding to her were pretty good.

Yeah, because Evie portrayed herself as a young girl interested in Lucas. He's an incel, of course he'll fall for any girls that give him the time of the day. Once he picked up on her, that was over.
If I'm remembering right, she was passing herself off as a 24 yr old with an older boyfriend and living in Spokane. I don't think she showed like she was interested in Lucas.
