Depends on how you define delusional i'd say. Both are narcissists, though greer seems to be the far greater of one and lets it define his actions even more than lucas does. Whatever else greer might be his behavior fits more within obsessive and stalker tier behavior and a massively over inflated sense of his own importance that leads him to engage in cow like behavior. In other words he's not really crazy or delusional in the crazy sense. Lucas on the other hand is clearly legit brain damaged, has observable delusional thinking, sees and hears things that don't exist and bases his world view on nonsensical ideas that are clearly a result of and generated by his own broken brain. Things like magic sperm, bernie sanders being some kind of sex god, imaginary greybeards and flatbills he's constantly in competition with, hearing the voices on the wind telling him shit that he imagines people say about him, thinking insane board games will attract zoomers, etc... and alot of it is also tied into his narcissism and pedo desires in a manner that enable him to twist things around in his head and rationalize his pedo behavior as necessary, good for society and making him some kind of hero. Greer might have a shit understanding of the law and get stupid about it alot but he doesn't do that kind of shit. Sure he hits on cheerleaders and IG models and expects theres a good chance they'd want him, but thats more self important narcissism than actually being crazy. Besides, you never really know. No sane IG model or cheerleader would go for some random guy like greer if encountered online but weird things can happen sometimes and you'd be surprised who those types of women can end up with sometimes. They get surrounded by weirdos and everybody constantly wanting to fuck them and being creeps to them on one hand and on the other they get seen as inapproachable by a large percentage of men and can be pretty isolated and depressed people. Sometimes that can lead to surprising and unexpected things happening relationship wise. You might be surprised how many such women end up with men you'd expect would never get the time of day from them. That'll never happen with greer, he's a weirdo who gives off obsessive stalker vibes even in his body language. But yeah, get to know one of those types and not being a creep and a bit of understanding can go a long way and lead to a surprising outcome. So its not really as out there as alot of people think, at least with people who aren't psychos like greer. This is doubly the case with pornstars or ex porn stars, but i'd seriously suggest avoiding those types like the plague cause they come with all kinds of mental problems, as can be expected from spending any amount of time in that line of work

I agree, though as we've seen from his history of times when he's been forced to take his meds, the meds don't really seem to do much for his delusions themselves. He still holds the same beliefs, still spouts crazy stuff but if anything the meds just seem to make him zone out and tone down the outbursts themselves rather than the crazy itself. So yeah he chooses to not medicate when he has the option and lose what little control he has over his crazy. But even when on medication its still there. Like you said he has no real desire to change, almost all changes, even minor ones have been forced on him in some way or were otherwise unavoidable. That'll be his undoing in the end, one way or another, especially as he ages and his health continues to decline. Just look at how he's eating despite his recent kidney incident. No way he wasn't told several times he has to be careful about what he eats now or he'll end up right back at the hospital.

Lucas probably thinks the government will do whatever it takes to keep him alive and comfortable, even moreso when he gets sick. I wouldn't be surprised if he assumes if his kidneys or whatever else go to shit they'll put him at the head of a transplant list and give him whatever he needs, just because he's on disability and thinks that means the government has to take care of him until the bitter end. He'd be in for a big surprise when he finds out he's at the bottom of the US healthcare systems priorities and doesn't even qualify for a transplant due to his health and lifestyle. That'll make for quite the rant when he gets to that point. He'll go to his grave never accepting his fate was his own doing on every level. It'll always be someone elses fault. Frankly I suspect thats one of the reasons he'd rather be crazy, because despite how he rants about everyone else, on some level he knows its his doing, which is why the voices on the wind are always talking shit about him and telling him things he doesn't want to hear
