On another note, I've been doing some deeply esoteric, matchmaker thinking. Well, what I find interesting about Lucas is that when he has mentioned the named "Voices on the Wind", he's usually adamantly denying or defying them.
With *some* cases of people suffering auditory hallucinations, its often a case of "oh the voices told me to do that thing!" (be that thing something as benign as scribbling nonsense on the walls or as gruesome as murder). In such cases the "crazy"/psychologically-disabled person sees said voices as a source of authority or truth - in such the auditory hallucinations are something to listen to or follow the advice of.

In Lucas's case, at least so far as his own named phenomenon "Voices on the Wind", he has made comments to the effect of IM NOT LISTENING TO THEM and THE VOICES ARE WRONG!!! or THE VOICES ARE TELLING ME IM NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!! It's generally always about the voices being either incorrect, or about Lucas refusing to listen to the voices. The voices are in most instances always portrayed as saying negative things, and Lucas's intent to not listen portrayed as noble or intelligent defiance.
Yet, Lucas is a pedophile sadist who has admitted as much in all-but-name. I fear you overstate the case, though are correct that Lucas has described experiences that sound very much like auditory hallucinations.

Lucas's diagnosis is poorly attested, largely derived from his social media admissions. And his mother's, too, of course. Her incentive has been to make him seem as sick as possible for sympathy, while his incentives may be different. Anyway, fat faggot Lucas has a long medical history, and has likely been seen by dozens of clinicians over the years, who have described his symptoms with a variety of labels. I suspect if we had complete access to his medical records from the past 2 decades, they'd reflect schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, various cluster B personality disorders, etc.

The things that make Lucas a lolcow can also be used as evidence of any number of mental health diagnoses, and armchair psych evaluations aren't necessary to appreciate his behavior. Lucas plainly exhibits disorganized thinking, is delusional, has very poor emotional regulation, and cannot function "normally." Schizo, bipolar, or just retarded, it's just Lucas.

Lucas does not engage in suicide ideation at all. He wants people to think he does. Lucas engages in suicide baiting as a manipulation tactic, the same way troons, BPDs and domestic abusers do. He's even slipped up and admitted it a few times. He didn't crack up and land in the hospital for a few days, he worked himself up to a tantrum and suicide baited cause he didn't get what he wanted. and lucas is fairly paranoid.
