That's his most laughable lie to me. I'm not some fitness guru, and a bit power leveling, but I ended a relationship a few years ago, an incredibly abusive relationship, where I just gave up and got fat. When it started, I was something like 130 pounds, when I finally walked away, I was well into the 200s. I had even stopped working out entirely a bit into the relationship. I run 12 miles a day, and am ridiculously anal retentive about what I eat. It has taken me over two years to get back down to pre relationship weight. There's no way in hell his claimed "4 miles a day" does anything, because he doesn't do any miles a day. I'm sure my niece, that has only recently hit ten years old, could tell better and more believable lies than Lucas.
