Looks like he replied to one of my comments on a Wernology video. He's currently doing tough guy Lucas but he was totally simping for most of this arc and we all remember it.

small clarification here: this is a complaint tort - as in actual harm must be perceived and a complaint issued. police generally don't do the inspections, the state licensing board does and often it's state police (either CID or maybe delegated at the county level) that handles any criminality. medical malpractice (inappropriate people handling out meds and a mistake is made) might be a crime if the person knew they were not qualified to hand out the meds but did it anyway with willful or reckless disregard for patient safety (this is criminal negligence), however something like gross or vicarious negligence might be more in line with this situation as both have elements for duty of care and oversight of a licensed and (presumably) inspected facility that is following all applicable laws and guidelines.
gross or vicarious negligence that results in actual harm can be a criminal matter where they spend time in prison as it's typically a low level felony, but it can also be a misdemeanor in some situations with a lot of mitigating circumstances that were reasonably beyond the control and best efforts of staff. criminal negligence tends to include severe harm, malfeasance, or willful disregard (an equivalent to negligence per se).
a lot of this hinges on actual harm or a reasonable complaint on file that is followed by the investigatory board together with the licensing body that issued and has control over the license. way too often these departments are understaffed and underfunded and triage complaints in order of severity. real sad situation but someone like Lucas breaking rules or some dude handing out meds improperly that doesn't result in harm is unlikely to blip any radars.
i wonder how places like Mallon handle inspections for license renewal? typically those include visits and interviews with staff and patients, inspections of the premises and both published procedure and mandatory signage or postings, et c. last time i visited a place for this purpose we also had a guy from code enforcement for ADA compliance too, complete with measuring tools for walkways, ramps, et c.

Yeah, as pointed out Lucas is cycling through his Greatest Hits personas at record speed these days. Sometimes literally within the same day we'll see "Tough Guy Lucas", "Self proclaimed comedian Lucas", "Radical leftist Lucas", "Hard line atheist Lucas", "Fascist Lucas" and "Sexual Predator/violent misogynist Lucas" (this one is always there it's just a question of how pronounced it is). Normally this takes a little time but he's speedrunning these bad boys Chibi style.
As to the fixating on bars question I think some of it is him thinking they might be impaired (similar to how he has explicitly said he'll go in with a plan to hit on women in mental health facilities because they can't get away from him and they're potentially vulnerable) but also that he believes, somewhat like Crusty Rusty, that there is a patent pending magic formula of words/actions that will immediately grant him teen poontang. So if he just does what he sees in popular media and go to the default pick up spot, overcome his crippling social anxiety, and act like a big boy and buy a girl a drink everything else will just fall into place. He of course is skipping over the fact that he has NO idea how people interact or why "chemistry" is a thing and that other people are all independent beings with their own wants/desires/beliefs/interests.

This account shows videos of another sped who is similar to Lucas. The "Zoloft Sucks" title is because the main character of the videos, Shane, he claims Zoloft made him all banged up and not able to be a productive member of society.
Shane is similar to Lucas, although not quite as hateable. I have watched some of his videos and Shane is mentioned a couple places on this site. Shane Murphy is definitely a Lolcow.
If Lucas would look at that profile, it should be clear that the person running it is making fun of another cow like guy. Lucas could see lots of similarities between him and Shane Murphy. I doubt it is a hot 18 year old girl that is running that page.
Lucas is setting himself up for a cat fish. He would be on a plane to California if someone did another ploy like the last one.

Creeper didn’t sleep last night, so far as I can tell he was up all night seething. Not included here is a video he uploaded of him “dancing” (read: looking like he had some kind of palsy) to some new-ish song I didn’t recognize. Lucas is so fucking stupid, and has such poor understanding of writing, that I guarantee he believes just saying random things that rhyme is what poetry is and is somehow "artistic."
After all, this is the same genius who has, on multiple occasions, written extensively using his bold strategy of "tell don't show."

Not buying the claim he's going over to anyones house to get booze and alcohol. Nobody tolerates being around lucas unless they are fucking with him or stand to gain from him. Let alone at their house. Pizza hut has shitty pizza but we know lucas has no sense of taste at all, which is why he buries everything he makes in pepper, salt and sauces
The rest of those videos make him sound like he's going batshit and wandering the streets to keep from spazzing out at mallon place and even that doesn't seem to be working very well

Looks like he didn't go back to Mallon last night, or if he did he stayed out really late. He's inside in some of the videos, but still in his coat and beanie- probably a medial office building or bus stop. The pizza hut video looks like he's outside his "buddy"'s house.

Fucking hell. He looks legitimately homeless in those most recent clips and his hands were trembling like crazy holding those creepy ass signs. He looks really bad, even by Wern standards. He'll be lucky to see through all of 2025 at this rate.
