Most likely the looney bin by all accounts, seeing as he broke the conditions of his release in under 48 hours. The first of these was that he attracted attention to himself with the videos and the sales pitch on Facebook. Secondly he got himself into more trouble by posting the address of the halfway house he was staying in, and in doing so created unwanted attention for them.

From my understanding in Spokane, WA the city and county law enforcement are all combined under Spokane County and I can't find the Wern via the current county inmate roster...

When did he get arrested and for what exact crime to put his pervert ass in the Forensic Services Unit?

Since I see no inmate record from law enforcement arresting him via the County website, Im guessing one of his mental health counselors used their legal power as a Psychologist or Liscensed Threapist to have patients they professionally deem as a threat to their own self or others placed into custody.

The Werns shrink probably decided it was only a matter of time before he lashed out and committed a sexual assault so he was sent off to state custody due to being an imminent threat to the community and himself (he's said he's suicidal before).

In all seriousness, I think it's a good thing that the Wern is in the system. That guy is a mrsa infected ticking time bomb. It's probably the best way to wrangle this particular tard, especially since you can use his poor impulse control against him.
I get the feeling that after he's released back into the wild, they set up a few ground rules. They know he's not gunna follow those rules, and the moment he disobeys, they swoop in and lock him up. This is one cow that's best enjoyed in small concentrated bursts.

The last time Wern was in it was about 5 months. He's been in this time for around 2 1/2 months. I think most of us want to see more of his YouTube classics sooner than later...

Lucas is still in Eastern State. Apparently he's been seen wearing a white shirt with the words "Got Telomerase?" on it in red sharpie so he's still good ol' Wern even when institutionalized. Who knows when he'll get out this time, though Eastern does have their regulars that come and go every few months.
