Horrorcow Lucas Werner - A man of Spokane, Washington who is obsessed with millennial and Gen Z chicks

For completeness sake, some mental illnesses actually can arguably get better with age (or lead to less distress) because life experience can give people sort of a "buffer" and more personal stability to deal with the problems incurred by the illness. It absolutely does not have to be a downward spiral. Of course, it means actually working with professionals on your illness. If you don't work on anything and let it just fester unchecked (like lolcows do) it's only going to get worse and that's whats gonna happen to Lucas.

YOU PUSSIES AND COWARDS!!! REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

If you're reading Lucas- take your medication, work with your psychiatrist on dosing and as soon as you feel stable, get therapy. Your psychiatrist can help finding one. Do that or your entire rest of your life will be this and only this.

The unfortunate reality for Lucas, and many people like him, is that the rest of their life is going to be like this no matter what they do. It's a cycle and it's shitty but it is rare to actually break it. People like Lucas are sort of on par with terminal cancer patients: you aren't going to cure it, you can mitigate and manage it, but a normal life just isn't in the cards.

Former Spokanian (born and raised), made an account just to post.
I actually found one of Werner's notes (about a page front and back) in front of what used to be our downtown Olive Garden location. I didn't know about him but I remember showing my friend and it had his conversationourage/conversationrage weebly page written on the bottom. That was circa 2015. I don't remember the content as much as the URL but it was a lot of crazy ramblings about his hormone stuff/millennial women.
Then I found a blog cataloging his kind of stuff here:
https://shameshack.tumblr.com/search/the werner files (formerly the-cringe-channel)
which has more of his stuff if it's not already on this forum.
I was also surprised to see that he has his own ED page.
I pretty much had forgotten about the guy until I stumbled upon this forum.
Some explanations about why he is this way: Spokane notoriously has a meth and drug use problem, most people from Spokane know to avoid places like E Sprague Ave because of the types of drug users/prostitutes you'll find there.
The other thing is Spokane's addict/homeless problem, which is not made any better by the affordable housing buildings which usually turn into places-to-avoid due to negligence and a failure to screen homeless/people in poverty/low income families for drug use; many complexes have "no using" policies on the premises, yet still allow active users to stay there.
The other thing is the unavailability of psychiatrists and proper mental health help for people like Werner or even worse. It's hard to find and hard to afford.
That's not to say this isn't how it is in other places, but as a side note, I can't wear any "Spokane memorabilia" outside of my college campus because the two times I did, without fail, i was approached by homeless drug users (once on the Link by a kid who was cutting himself and using the blood to draw in a notebook. Yay, Spokane)
All in all it's not surprising to find out that someone like this is from Spokane, but it is surprising that someone like this has such a cult following/people find them interesting. Probably because of their online presence.

Hes also from Olympia, which has many of the same problems. Seeing him in downtown Oly would not surprise anyone. I don't know if it's a washington thing, because I'm originally from crack town. I hope Lucas doesnt get in to meth, but then again it might get him thrown in jail. (which might be a more structured place for him)

Well, he sure showed us.

Lucas' mind at this point appears to be racing so much that he can barely focus on anything at all. The barrage of posts that spew out a dozen different ideas, and a meme that doesn't make sense at all, apart from accusing the Farms of ageism.

Lucas is definitely now in an episode of mania, if he wasn't already beforehand. He won't seek help as he's an arrogant pseud with no respect for himself or others, so it's only a matter of time before he's hospitalised again.

It's become obvious that Lucas is actively monitoring this thread in some shape or form given that his recent obsession with the Farms - so everyone should be prepared to become a subject of a manic rant or two. Only last month did Lucas refer to us as a "meme site", so I wonder what stimulated his new obsession. I'm also surprised that he has neither taken to screencapping us or to calling users out on his FB page as other cows have done so in the past.
