Anything that brings any joy to anyone who isn't Lucas is something that angers him, he's that bad a person he hates your cat/dog etc because it brings you joy to care for something and share it's life.

I love my fur ball and when he was knocking on deaths door the other week I was a total mess. He's back to his old self and bit me today when I wouldn't give him and people food then ran to the other room and fell alseep in front of the heater.

We don't know the full story (not that I know of at least). It's very possible he drove them away or something , everybody has limits

Lucas pushed them away, not the other way around. His mother is active in groups that lobby congress for help to the mentally ill. Lucas has burnt those bridges and he's legally an adult and walks a fine line of having freedom to do what he wants. So it's on him to live like this. He has so many options from his family and he's in a great state to have issues many places aren't as kind as WA can be.

Lucas is shit, and cast his family aside who fought for him time and again.

Lucas doesn't know how survival of the fittest works, to be fair most people grossly over simplify it to "better" but it's just who is more successful. In this case, we have glasses lasik etc it's a moot point to try to debate. We are no longer hunter gatherers in the first/second world. Bad eye sight hinders you in no way to have a career, home, friends, health, education, or mate. I wouldn't totally shit on his family either. Lucas has said more than once the reason why his family will no longer provide for him is because he chooses to avoid getting proper treatment. When he was crying about being homeless he said that his parents would only help him out if he agreed to impatient treatment but said that it was not necessary because he's not mentally ill like that. He never sticks with the treatment programs and leaves as soon as possible.

I think it's hilarious he speaks about survival of the fittest while the only way he is surviving is from social security benefits combined with public housing and the occasional mental health treatment. He is definitely a weakling unable for caring for himself.

Lucas is amusing because he's an uneducated idiot who genuinely believes that he's a genius scientist. I can't see him getting any better with age. He's on the fast track riding on the crazy train heading straight to crazy town. Choo choo motherfuckers

Yeah, there's a reason he's pulling this shit where he is and not 25 miles away in Idaho or in another county. People with mental problems in the region tend to gravitate to Spokane because it is the only place for hundreds of miles where guys like him can live life with any amount of independence. He has that weird semi-functional kind of illness. Everybody else above or below his tard levels either ends up in a county sponsored group home or in some shack in the woods, which rural areas can deal with.

I think it bears repeating that his family has done everything in their power to help him. Lucas has made it clear that he doesn't want help and has moved to Washington in order to avoid his family forcing him to go inpatient. While he may be out there mentally, he knows just enough to ensure that he doesn't get forced to receive treatment. His family never abandoned him, he chose to make it almost impossible for them to help him.
