Lucas again shows off one thing we can't deny, he's a big old dumb dumb.

He is failing a no credit class, under college level.

He expects to get a career making 15k over avg salary to start that often needs more than a BA/BS.

He honestly word salads what sounds tempting and good. This plus him being dumb as dirt might explain his cooking skills as well.

Since he admitted college was to try to get himself a young "ovulator" and it's obvious he's not cutting it in college work, he's only fall back is his pedo pseudo-science insanity.
As has been brought up by Bassomatic, the financial aid that's gone down the drain with the asshole Lucas, could have been used to help someone else.

I can't even blame Lucas for wasting money, it's honestly the fault of whatever asshole in admin that talked to Lucas and said "Yes, this dirty, greasy creep who keeps rambling about telomerase is EXACTLY what our institution needs! Someone get this guy a FAFSA form!"

Though he is most probably medicated atm, it is often seen in unmedicated schizophrenic people that they have disturbances of eye movement (for example rarely blinking etc). His creepiness might come from that.

Schizophrenics often have unusual movements overall. One of my clients would tiptoe everwhere, even in public. It makes sense only to them.
