I think I’ve given my opinion on his delusions vs. hallucinations. Most lay people refer to everything aberrant as hallucinatory so it is what it is just like they see everything psychotic as schizophrenic. Given that Lucas has significant mood disturbance, he doesn’t meet disgnostic criteria for schizophrenia —he’d be diagnosed as having schizoaffective disorder.
He claims to have bipolar. It may be true but I think that his narcissism is being confused as true mania. He’s definitely a diagnostic clusterfuck. He seems to rapid cycle between depression and hypomania. Some of the things that seem hypomanic also fit into narcissism. I definitely believe he is narcissistic. So as to the question of his lack of self-awareness and etc., that’s not unique to him, but the flavor of it definitely feels more related to narcissism.

As an example, I once worked with a man who believed his bartender was in love with him and was sending him hidden messages and signs to beg him to run away with him. He believed he was going to be a multimillionaire NBA player and movie star—but he didn’t believe that he was god’s gift to all women. If was just this particular woman (who didn’t actually even know his name). He was delusional. He had erotomanic delusion. No narcissism or hallucinations. But to speak to him he sounded very manic and very narcissistic.
 
When Lucas posted about his magical fingers and then hashtagged fisting I felt ill. No joke. There are only a small percentage of women who would even be okay with fisting in the first place. But here Lucas wants to shove his entire hand up in a young girls vagina. 🤢

Who are these 'puritans'? Some dated image of the moral majority of the eons of his youth? A group of people that barely exist in his hyperliberal bubble? Is he trying to suggest his schizoid eromania is some kind of libertine swag-style? So many questions....
