I do love that he can’t go out and MEET people. He thinks he should sit at home, in a bar, or at a sushi place, and women should approach him and beg for a date.
He doesn’t even say FIND a girlfriend. He says “expect me to HAVE a girlfriend.” He doesn’t believe he should meet someone, make an effort to get to know them as a person, find things in common, try to make them happy and be made happy in return.

Actually the sitting somewhere and expecting women to approach him is one of the biggest comparisons to Elliot Rodger for me. They even both did it in Starbucks until Lucas got banned. His video about how comparing him to Elliot is "demonstrably false" was full of really shallow comparisons like "I'm not 22" and "I didn't kill anyone" but he didn't seem to notice that just like Elliot he likes women until they seemingly reject him and they both would lose it when they see couples together. I'm sure he would have poured coffee over a couple's head in public by now but he's somehow even more timid than Elliot was. Or less angry. I'll give him that.
I'd say IRL he has to hold himself back from lashing out at couples and/or young women that don't want him. He has said when he goes out like to the park etc. and sees couples he can only take so much and has to leave the area. Less angry no, but he knows any act on his part is going to land him in hot water.
