it's weird that they let him get away with that. at our homeless shelters clients must respect the privacy of other clients and that has been really REALLY ramped up with covid making it so that meetings occur in more open, public places.

I stand corrected. He is now not caring about others being around when he starts reeeing into his phone. He always used to nervously look around, now he is fine with others being right in the background. HOC should put a stop to him doing this in their building, but they probably won't.

beginnings of gingival plaque and gum recession, note the coloration. also he's quite dehydrated. either he has some sort of mouth bacteria thing going on or he's been drinking/smoking regularly without adequate intake of fluids, causing irritation. combined with the plaque and i would lean towards smoking than drinking, but wouldn't rule it out. given it's the morning, it's likely he had several cigarettes the night before and didn't hydrate afterwards, and his meal had a sauce of some sort or was sugary in some way. combined with lack of water and you get his mouth condition.

if i were on the beat and saw that sort of tongue on a guy that had a complaint from the GP, i'd be seeing if he smelled of weed, had any redness in the eyes or nostrils, et c.
