On that note imagine if lucas started getting into the illegal native smokes because of how cheap they are. He would brag about it in a video, get reported and would be in deep deep shit. Lookin' like Bi-polar 2 hypomanic anger to me. I bet there isn't even a social trigger and it is entirely environmental (i.e dehydration like others are speculating). The filming with other people in close proximity and hobo screaming down the sidewalk are interesting developments: are we witnessing deteriorating spiral or are we just seeing him cycling into agitation because of physical discomfort? This kind of "reckless" behavior that risks the privilege of staying at HOC seems to be on schedule, where his behavior grows incrementally worse until he is R-U-N-O-F-T by the powers that be and he has to find new digs.
I'm sure he'll deny it later and chalk it up to some kind of comedic performance, but that is legitimate emotion he is expressing.

If he were just staying there and acting relatively normal or at least minding his own business, I doubt anyone would really care (and it'd be objectively kind of shitty to try and get someone kicked out onto the streets based on just not liking them) but I know if I ended up in a position in life where I had to make use of a homeless shelter and some fucking weirdo was filming or taking selfies in the shared bathroom or sleeping areas and NOT blurring people in various states of undress (or using the bathroom) before posting that shit and I saw myself in one of the weirdo's public social media posts, I'd be pretty fucking livid.
Pride killing enough for most people if they end up in that situation to begin with but then to be unwillingly broadcast on some creep who's obsessed with fucking barely legal teens' social media? Lucas is lucky none of them seem to have noticed and he hasn't had his ass beat in with his phone used as the primary weapon.
At the very, very least I hope someone does show that shit to HoC and they make him leave his phone in a locker or with staff after check in and only give it back to him as he's on his way out the door for his daily wandering around and screaming at his phone vlogging time.
