My mom bought a baby cow in Oregon once, which I assume is similar market price to Washington. It cost her about $200, looking at market value they go for about $170 right now but that’s without fees and stuff. Total cost according to her from baby to slaughter was around $700 maybe $800?

probation and parole officers are often community liaison duty when assigned a desk (a specific "job" in a department or precinct, for example i was often assigned to health and human services as a resource officer they could call on for welfare checks and as "backup" for social workers). they get to meet the people in the area and act as a spokesperson or something for the area of control. while an incident of public disorder, a citation for trespass isn't going to often (if at all) net you a check in, repeat violation of court orders to their effect might.
an example would be a guy that repeatedly breaks into construction sites to poke around or steal tools or whatever. eventually this guy might get a citation that he can try and fight in court or just accept it as part of a community policing policy (to avoid more costly jury trials) to stop trespassing for all properties that are readily identified as being "closed". this order wouldn't be limited to a single property (a bar or field) but is a general court order that says to knock off the behavior of trespassing or face a sentence for the one thing we can nail you on. it's a form of restraining order in california and most other places, but i've heard it referred to as a nuisance deterrent orders and stuff too, and it's often used for repeat petty stuff like trespass or noise complaints or other low level things.
i could totally see an indigent Lucas being issued a citation for $200 or something and because he's a homeless loser in a super lefty city, the police would have a policy for repeat "welfare check-ins" or something for nuisance hobos (instead of anti vagrancy laws) and basically make trespass and other hobo behavior very difficult to get away with if you have to check in with the police regularly or they'd nail you on the original citation.

Hi guys, long time lurker first time poster here. I found Lucas' citation, it seems he is part of a community court program which requires he check in weekly. Unfortunately I can't view the charging document which will have all the hilarious details, but I am posting the full info here, note the no alcohol or marijuana use allowed. He mentioned he was drinking in the parking lot with Isaac the 18-year-old Aztec pussy slayer, I wonder if that would violate the terms of his community court? He also has to abide by house rules, so that could explain why he left HOC.

Here is the statute that he violated:

3. Personally abusive epithets, or words or language that a reasonable person would find offensive, disgusting or insulting and/or which epithets, words or language are likely to provoke a reaction of fear, anger or apprehension when addressed to a citizen of ordinary sensibilities; or
C. disturbing any lawful assembly of persons without lawful authority.
(B)(1) and (B)(3) are pretty much his MO so I bet he got cited for walking around screaming profanities. Unfortunately if you search his case number it say it is either not found or sealed.
I clicked back to his main profile on the Spokane Municipal Court site and the citation from yesterday has not been added, but CHECK OUT HIS WEIGHT THE MAN IS NEARLY 300 POUNDS!!
The NIH BMI calculator puts him at 39.2 (greater than 30 is obese) and other sites consider a BMI of 40 or greater to be morbidly obese. That means Lucas is one steak from Klinkerdagger and one missed bowel movement away from being a morbidly obese fatass.

So most likely a cop finally busted him for angrily yelling into his cell phone in public. Something the cops have probably witnessed numerous times and given him warnings about. My guess is Lucas was high as hell and looking deranged and the cop finally said enough is enough and charged him.

So the Disorderly Conduct incident happened at the time he was making his raging videos where he almost choked in raged in one of them. His phone "broke" right after.

I'll have to investigate this further this evening when I have time, but this raises a good point. What if the police actually took his phone and held it as evidence pending a warrant, and then just released it back to him? I don't know the law there and if police can confiscate a phone over a misdemeanor, but that may be a plausible way for the cops to fuck with him.
Man, I wish the podcast hadn't been lost. When Goldoar brought it up, Lucas from what I remember said the black guy that looked like Fat Albert approached him, but Lucas didn't see a bat. At some pt the bat came out of nowhere. Lucas didn't say anything about a white guy. Goldoar questioned him about the white guy. Don't remember Lucas's "explanation" of how the white guy comes into the picture. It was after he was 'beaten" with the bats that one of them wanted to see his ID.

Lucas has finally experienced the consequences for going full schizo in public places. People are paying attention, professionals tasked with observing his compliance with rules.
Disorderly conduct is a petty offense, a type of catch and release infraction. YouTube and IG are, however, full of instances of Lucas going at it. His chances to comply with the community court's rules are very poor. He will continue to fuck up.
And he's being watched.
It won't be long before the men with the butterfly nets come for him.

Bit slow so I found a few things. I believe the police may have had something to do with his lack of social media activity but there are some holes in this hypothesis.
1. He was having a major chimpout from July 7 through July 9, posting some of his best content on IG.
2. He was cited on July 8, but posted some of his best vids the next day.
3. As mothman96 noted above he got cited around the time of his choking video. If the police took his phone as evidence he wouldn't have been able to post the videos of July 9th.
4. He said in the podcast that the men that beat him up asked for his ID. I've never heard of people who attack others in public to ask them for their ID. He probably got questioned by police officers who asked for his ID, and he just made all the other stuff up.
5. He also stated that he skinned his knee after he fell from picking up litter.
Looking at point number 5 first, since we now know he is involved in community court, that explains why he was pickin up litter. "Instead of getting booked into jail, defendants who opt into the program do community service and are connected to services that are co-located at the court, such as affordable housing, and addiction and mental health treatment providers. The program also accepts walk-in clients who want to access services." There was speculation that he left HOC for Union Gospel which has a community service requirement, but it is now clear based on his pics and the podcast that he left HOC for the Arena. His community service is likely connected to the court program.
As far as the police taking his phone, this may be a possibility. We know he was cited and released. This is discussed at 420.1 (heh heh..420) of the Spokane Police Department manual that states a general approval of this policy and that it is conducted in lieu of arrest and is known as a "field release" when the individual is not transported to a jail.
This is just the police manual, the actual Washington law is found at RCW 46.64.015 and states "Whenever any person is arrested for any violation of the traffic laws or regulations which is punishable as a misdemeanor or by imposition of a fine, the arresting officer may serve upon him or her a traffic citation and notice to appear in court." Based on this reading I am unclear if a cite and release actually qualifies as an arrest, but if it does, then RCW 10.105.010 contains further language that any property involved in a felony may be seized, but also "(2) Personal property subject to forfeiture under this chapter may be seized by any law enforcement officer of this state upon process issued by any superior court having jurisdiction over the property. Seizure of personal property without process may be made if:
(a) The seizure is incident to an arrest or a search under a search warrant;" So what this means is that if his field release qualifies as an arrest, then the cops can take his personal property as evidence since it is incident to an arrest. However, since this occurred on July 8th and he posted more vids on July 9th, I don't think this is the likely case.
I think what happened was one of the two scenarios:
a) Since cops generally have to see a misdemeanor to arrest someone, he probably chimped out again on the 9th, got reported, and the cops did not have a legal basis to do anything to him but gave him a stern talking to and said if there is further trouble then they will fuck him up.
b) The cops witnessed him chimping out again, or responded to a report, and then asked to see his ID, and took his phone as evidence. This may be legally dubious, and he does have a public defender involved, so the cops may have just took his phone so he'd STFU and once he got a lawyer involved they returned his property.
I think some general combo of those two scenarios is the likely event. He's probably also sober and undergoing addiction treatment, which would explain why he was more lucid in the podcast yesterday. With a clearer mind he is also back to genetics and telomeres and other pseudoscience, whereas when he is all hopped up on substances he's just chimping out and shouting about greed and bitches and thots. Going forward I don't think we are going to see as many chimpouts until he completes his treatment in October and gets back on booze and weed.
