admittedly wearing a shirt like that is pretty common in the circles i ran in when i was surfing or wakeboarding/boogieboarding on the regular. even boating, etc, since places like Bodega Bay, Venice Beach, Avila, San Diego, Santa Cruz, all the boardwalks and most of the lakes require shirt and shoes for serivce. and since you can get away with baggies and flip flops for pants and shoes, you have to figure out a shirt, so you may as well just have a larger loosely worn one you can thrown on and off easily. also those shirts weren't filthy from being worn for a week straight - that's just disgusting.

i don't think for a minute that Lucas has any sort of athletic prowess, or can swim in open water, much less actual surfing or something.

also i wanted to mention that it's surprising the Wern isn't crowing about a copy of the police report. a good 1+ hour coming off a shift was filing reports for every single interaction with the public i ever did, even if it was nothing. police have to do that to cover themselves legally and make sure there's a paper trail for all kinds of reasons from evidence for the DA's office, or making sure we don't get sued for stupid reasons, to putting in pertinent details for a detective or judge or social worker or something to use for whatever reason. about the only things that aren't on the report are off-duty tasks like eating lunch somewhere, and even that time is accounted for, even if it isn't in detail.

now, some jurisdictions might not make police reports available immediately or at all without a direct request and/or payment of a filing fee for a copy of the report. i also wouldn't be surprised if Lucas just don't know how to interface with the police system to get such a report, even if it would massively benefit his side of the story.

He'd get punked by them too. IS was full of a bunch of misfit psychopaths but one thing they all had in common was they had more balls than Lucas. Front line fighters are definitely not pussies, but even people that picked up and left their comfortable lives to go provide other types of support relocated to Syria and put themselves in danger. Lucas is too big of a pussy to even leave Spokane.

I know that I get 1/3 of my mother's life insurance policy and 1/3 from the sale of her little house that isn't worth much. Other than that, she doesn't have shit to give us. I'm guessing it will be just enough to cover funeral and end of life expenses. Some parents have even less to give.

Besides, I'd much rather have her alive than have any money that will come my way. Oh, but not Lucas. He sees his parents as cash cows that will pay out when they die. That is super fucked up. He's sitting back, waiting for their demise, all while trying to lure teens with promises of one day being a millionaire.

Lucas' parents don't strike me as rich. They seem comfortably middle class, but not rich. Also, it's entirely possible that he's not getting a dime and everything is going to his brothers. His family has seemed to have pretty much disowned him. I mean, who lets their family member live on a streets or in a shelter unless they've just given up on them?

Assuming our diabetic, MRSA ridden, morbidly obese, hobo cow outlives his parents, it will be funny to see him lose his shit if he doesn't get anything.

Who said anything about it being anything on the level of 'hes finally done?' He's had serious consequences before and he will again at some point in the future, one way or another. Its part of his cycle. Nobody is saying this is going to land him in jail or the nuthouse in the immediate future, at least not barring an unexpected chimpout against staff or residents. That doesn't mean hes not going to have consequences. He's been kicked out of shelters before, and at the very least will have his actions at the shelter kept an eye on, for the simple fact they've been made aware of previous serious incidents so theres liability there if they don't and something bad happens. Lucas goes out of his way to start shit, makes it very public and has a very well known local history, along with a known predisposition toward young girls and a concerning history of violence. As for him getting cited at the park it had nothing to do with the blm rally. Lucas in one of his rare moments of honesty flat out admitted he was going around screaming racist, sexist and generally abusive stuff to people that freaked them out and they called the cops. He was acting violently unhinged, which, incidentally is the same kind of behavior that has led him to serious confrontations with the police and trips to the nuthouse in the past. He's even admitted such himself. Last time it was yelling at people and cars like a loon that got him committed. He's not all that far off from doing the same thing now

Again, nobody is saying this particular incident will likely be what sets off another jail or psych ward saga, but it will happen eventually. It always does, and it not likely being the case here doesn't preclude other less serious consequences, which have also been a fairly regular thing for lucas. Especially in recent months

Imagine being so batshit that BLM kids call the cops on you. If the police were called in the park that day, it was probably a group of kids at or watching the little protest. (Spokane has had small daily protests, they take up a lot of the park).

He has been spouting about brown girls and black slang for weeks, I can only think he must have been triggered by seeing all of the (very rare) black and brown young people of Spokane in one place at one time.

Local police are aware of, and unhappy about him. They saw a chance and seized it, that's all. The protests in Spokane haven't been big or unruly enough to tire out the police, except for the first weekend.

Usually when Lucas is cranking out gibberish image macros and getting aggressive towards the phantoms of his psyche it means he is under some amount of stress at that moment. Everything about Lucas concerns me, but I think we are still a long ways away from him escalating to something Law Enforcement would actually care about and I'm not sure we are seeing a prelude to anything we haven't seen already.
