I enjoyed this video far more than I was expecting. What a good video to show people unfamiliar with Lucas to introduce his unique brand of insanity. You see pics of him in all different ages and stages of hygiene. The many shots of his crazy eyes and facial expressions mixed with his inane ramblings have a great impact for someone who doesn’t know about Wern. Great job!

Lucas 'I never committed any crimes' werner everybody. Apparently he isn't aware that:

a) the drugs he mentioned are controlled substances
b) its a felony to use his card to obtain such drugs for anyone else, let alone anyone else that doesn't have a prescription for them
c) its a felony to even make such an offer. a very, very serious felony
d) he could easily get an 'intent to distribute' charge added to his charges because he has flat out said thats what he intended to do with them
e) the women he was talking about are minors, so he would get nailed for using his card to obtain controlled substances illegally and to illegally distribute them to fucking minors (and for the purposes of obtaining sex with said minors on top of it)
f) it makes him look like a creep who is trying to either exploit drug addicted teens or drug women into compliance
g) that shit can come back to bite him in the ass even now

That note alone could have easily landed him in prison for literally decades on multiple felony charges. Not only that, if he ever got out of prison he'd never be able to get on such a program again, he'd be fucked

I'd love to see goldy bring up that note and see how he tries to explain that one away

I've said it before and i'll say it again: he's a criminal and he's willing to do anything to get what he wants if he thinks he can somehow get away with it, he would absolutely go after a little girl right now if he thought he had a way to get away with it, which is why mental degradation is something to be very concerned about. If his fear of the consequences starts getting affected he becomes a serious danger to the public

You're right about it being both. I vote he's actually just that dumb. That's step one.
