Do you really think a DA in washington state of all places is going to prosecute a black guy who beat a white guy for saying nigga to his face repeatedly? Hell no, that would be the end of that DAs career when it went public. If anything lucas would end up charged with a hate crime and the black guy will have been said to have acted in self defense against a racially charged attack that set him off

Like I said, he himself admitted pioneer put him on a no rent list in at least spokane so something doesn't add up here. There is also the fact that as another poster mentioned this announcement of a place to live was very shortly after the last discussion with 'amanda' so I find it hard to believe he went from desperate enough to offering $150 more a month to get that place to suddenly having a place after his little meltdown with 'her' After all if he is behaving that way with 'amanda' he is doing the same thing with any other interviewers as well and there is no way anybody is letting him move in with them after going off like a loon like that.
