Maybe it’s my hangover but I’ve reread the last three pages of this thread four times now and still can’t figure out if he found a living situation or not? Is this all smoke and mirrors on Lucas‘ part? Did he find a temporary flophouse or a crack den to hold up in?

Unlike Lucas, you wouldn't have to dumpster dive because you haven't been kicked out of the most forgiving homeless shelter in town for trying to assault women on their property.
I feel like that cat is standing so close because it's getting all of the deets to tell to its cat friends later. It also can't believe it's observing something like Lucas.
I think he's mostly indifferent to live animals, since he can't eat or fuck them. (Though there was the worrying time he likened his baby nieces to cats...)

And if I remember correctly, there was some mention of Lucas not treating the cats well.

I think it may have even been in relation to his parents, in the sense that his mom had to teach him not to hurt the cats?
Might be wrong about the details on that, but I know I heard it in relation to Lucas, somewhere.

It was during one of the golden usb shows. Lucas says his mom would punish him for being mean to the family cat and dog.

I’m not surprised it’s another goddamn boring game vid, every time he’s around other people his vids are about board games because he thinks it makes him look interesting and intelligent and important. I didn't even notice the cat. I was too busy trying to figure out what the hell was under the BBQ chips.

He has temporarily parlayed his EBT into a spot under a roof. He is seldom do resourceful. Everyone wins. Lucas doesn't freeze to death. Isaac and his grew get to eat Lucas's food and take advantage of him, even if they have to be around him. And we get to enjoy watching the inevitable disaster unfold.
What will last longer: his cold, or his money?
Lucas has had domestic arrangements like this in the past. They've not lasted long, but they've been amusing.
