I'm fairly certain Lucas does at least know what ACAB stands for. But he seems to make up all sorts of other shit about it being an (communist) organization. I've never heard anyone think that before so who knows where he came up with it.

Right before what I posted someone reminded him that ACAB meant All cops are bastards, he didn't correct himself until he was told what it meant, and could use it to seem smart (despite not knowing it 15 minutes prior to someone saying it). Hes a person who thinks they know everything, and when he's corrected, it doesn't matter because he knew it anyway.
