What is his fixation with "you brush the hair out of your eyes"? I am catching up on all this impotent little man-rage
He has some very odd obsessions, or fixations is probably better, as you said.
Let's see: he's obsessed with women blushing; he thinks it's automatically indicative of sexual interest.
He's particularly attracted to girls with "thick thighs". It was something he used to mention all the time, and I thought he had dropped it, but in one of the recent videos, I believe it was the crying jag one, he mentioned those glorious leg lumps again.
Other than that, I don't think his preferences have been expressed too specifically.
He's insulted tattoos on men, but seems mostly indifferent to them on women, although he has a very classist way of acting as if tattoos make you look "trashy and weird", a very old-fashioned view which clearly doesn't comport with his pose as a modern progressive friend of the Z.
He's extremely judgmental and patronizing about a lot of things. In the brief period where he wasn't homeless, he expressed extreme disdain to homeless people, saying he was above their station in life now, and repeatedly chastising them against trying to sleep in his apartment, not that anyone was attempting to do such a thing, Lucas just loved the idea of rejecting people, just to be the one in control.
He's repeatedly spoken of drug addicts, and people using serious drugs, with a palpable air of disgust, suggesting that he wants a girl who's "pretty and normal". This is interesting, because you would think that his mental issues and interaction with the dregs of society might have made him a bit more tolerant of hard drug use, even if he doesn't indulge in it himself, but no, he remains extremely judgmental about drug use, always suggesting that he's a better class of person for not engaging in recreational hard drug use.
I suppose all of this judgmentalness stems from the single aspect of Lucas's personality which I imagine we could all agree is the most distasteful: his SMUGNESS.
Like a lot of lolcows, Lucas has an unearned air of superiority, but he has a way of expressing it with a smug tone of disgust that's uniquely irritating.
Lucas has a talent for saying the most disgusting, reprehensible things, in the most graphic terms, but he really puts the cherry on top by saying it in the most arrogant way possible.
This is certainly one of the reasons why people who otherwise might have sympathy for his mental problems have grown to actually detest him.
Even his own family seems to differentiate between Lucas's problems and his personality, and the fact that they excommunicated him suggests that they realize that Lucas is not capable of being part of a friend group or family unit; he's simply too vile, and unable to not make everyone around him uncomfortable.
Even his own family would rather he wander the streets, embarrassing their family name, than have him nearby.
I would imagine that there are some great stories about some scandalous interactions Lucas had with his family before he was fully excommunicated. Around the holidays, for example, I can imagine him making inappropriate entreaties towards his younger female family members, and being rebuffed by his male family members with a great deal of aggression, which would only bring about his own self-righteous violent response in return.
If one of Lucas's brothers ever turned up on the Farms to dish, that would be pretty great. I never thought we would get Cyril though, so I suppose we've got to appreciate the wealth of content we have.
