This is supposed to do two things: impeach the State Department data showing no US citizen died of suicide in Japan in June 2021, and suggest one of those two deaths was Byuu.

I looked at a different table, Deaths of foreigners in Japan, nationality and of Japanese in foreign countries, by causes (the condensed list of causes of death for Japan) and sex:Japan, 2021. This table shows a total of four US citizens died of suicide in Japan in the year 2021:
