"Mad at the Internet" - a/k/a My Psychotherapy Sessions

The life is strange streams were awesome.

On a sidenote, does anyone have an archive of the Kay's cooking supercut (7h40m).
It got exorcised in the great youtube purge. I didn't Archive it 🤡
Turns out I did archive it, if anyone wants it PM me.
This is a lot of fucking work I hope the GUMROAD TRUE & HONEST FANS will appreciate it.

Your aversion to real-world information is noted and discarded.
I've been meaning to watch that, this will be even better.
The Transnistria part was great too.

Something occurred to me recently. This thing with Ralph where he is so fucking terrified of becoming a joke has to be recent. Because back when the unholy alliance between the PPP crowd and the spic discord were riding on the JCaesar train, dragging out a several-week joke to the tune of half a year, he showed up to the non-fight with Andy Warski dressed as Julius Caesar. On camera. He couldn't have been that scared back then, so what's changed between then and now? There's the demon babies and his nigger tier relationship escapades but I don't quite get how exactly this plays into being terrified of people on the internet making fun of you.
Dick Masterson told him to do it to own the jCaesar blacked porn meme. Ralph follows Dick's advice.

The Transnistria segment in the last stream was fascinating, and you know it's important to look at the situation the people there find themselves and think maybe one day that could be us.

Also I'm surprised nobody else has linked it, but the YouTuber Bald and Bankrupt did a vlog on a visit there which was also pretty good.

This is utter speculation, but I think the divorce shook him up pretty bad. He has probably always had some level of personal insecurity, but I think losing his marriage made him much more vulnerable and sensitive about personal slights. I'm sure the fact that his income and his public reputation are gradually decaying is eating at him as well, but I think Nora leaving him was a fatal blow to Ralph's ego that he still hasn't recovered from.
Nora was someone that had her own life, and wasn't completely dependent on Ralph, and who I also suspect would push back against him. I also think he had some respect for her, something which he obviously doesn't have for either Faith or Pantsu.

does he not know

The orthodox interpretation of the Ralph lore always seems to me to place way too little importance on his split with Nora. His downhills race into the spite goblin we all know today didn't take off really at all until the divorce with Nora became final.

Ralph threw up this huge smokes screen about how he didn't give a fuck, and it seemed to work . But retrospectively he clearly had aspirations that they were going to be together in the long run and his downward spiral started in earnest then.

Does anybody know of or have any archives of the original life is strange streams? It was streamed on stream.me/youtube. I've found chapter 1 and 5, but the rest seem to be lost.

edit: after quickly combing through this thread it appears this is a common problem. fuck.
Unless someone has those 3 episodes downloaded and reuploads them, they’re probably gone forever.
It seems unlikely that there’s an online archive of the Stream.me page too.

Done with episode 7. I'll do one more a day so expect it out on Gumroad on Wed/Thu.
Are you able to give your thoughts about it prior to episode 7? I thought that was where the series takes a turn, and 8 is a short episode so be ready for that.

So I just finished the Pamela call and listening to her say Malinda Scott was crazy i’ve never laughed so hard or loud in my life.
:story:
Null I understand your time is limited but more content like this would be very much welcomed.

Done with episode 8. I had a lot more to say about that then I expected so despite it being a 30 minute long episode I talk about it for 8 minutes. Episode 9 is the last one and I'll probably have a lot to say about that one too because the ending is wtf levels of bad.
