The fuck is a triangle!?
It's a 3 sided polygon, but that's not important right now.

no bro, it's not grounds for anything, they can do whatever the fuck they want. they could come over to my house and blow my fucking brains out and get away with it. why do you think you have rights you stupid fuck? why do you think the courts do anything?
You've been banned from a platform based on the rules that the platform wrote?

Yeah dude, being banned from KF and having to make a new sock account is just like being debanked.
Well to play the literal devil’s advocate stripe is protected by the same first amendment that also protects this site. But instead they’re using their freedom of association instead of freedom of speech.

But they are a nighmarish hellspawn born from kilometres of red tape built around banks that infringe on that very freedom of association so fuck them.

I thought he was talking about debanking.

He was. My point is that Null openly stated that he bans people for no reason whatsoever but gets upset when someone bigger does it to him.
I said I don't litigate moderator actions. Butthurt mongrel freak.

We're not talking about Twitter, we're talking about the banking apparatus you need to feed yourself, pay rent, and raise a family. If you think they're in any way the same you should unironically end your life immediately.

Null is a fat, autistic faggot but he's our fat, autistic faggot.

Edit: does he actually like really fat women or is that a joke we've all driven into the ground?

Let’s be honest the first and second amendments are enforced as strictly and with the same philosophy as Null enforces his guidelines.

Null runs a gossip forum, stripe is the largest fintech company in the world. That’s like complaining that your school’s chemistry equipment isn’t certified to the same standard as an accredited analytical chemistry laboratory.

WTF are you talking about? He said that, since he writes the rules, people cannot litigate or parse the wording of the rules. To quote Null directly, "If you think that they don't cover your specific use case, guess what mother fucker? I can rewrite them to say whatever the fuck I want." That is the farthest thing from the First Amendment.

I wasn’t referring to the clip specifically but rather to the mentality. I think he was screaming at the sharty thread about it recently so go check there.

Generally this site has guidelines not rules and Null enforces them as he sees fit. I was just making a comparison between that mentality and how the US government treats the first and second amendment with shit like federal machine gun bans and the civil rights act.

The rules exist to make the site functional and the community cohesive with as little effort as possible from volunteer staff. That is "the rules". Therefore, enforcement will be whatever achieves that end result. Everyone is mostly OK with this because it results in a usable forum. This is a good thing, because you want the moderation of the site to be endeavoring towards a better website and happier community, not the literal language of the rules. There are absolutely communities where the tranny jannies enforce the rules to the letter, pissing off everyone in the process, instead of doing what is actually popular and productive towards achieving harmony.

The rules of Stripe is to enforce the enshittification of the country and the enslavement of all American citizens. That's why it's a bad thing. The purpose of a system is what it does, and Stripe makes everyone's lives worse by strangling people it doesn't like out of their earned income.

If you cannot figure this out I repeat you are an animal and not a real person and you belong in a meatpacking plant.
