"Mad at the Internet" - a/k/a My Psychotherapy Sessions

The only straight Wrestler is Dave "The Redneck" Schultz
He's also the only person that knows how to handle journalist
Detective Butterknife has been the highlight of my week.
yeah I got a feeling we'll be seeing a lot of Shane for a while. He's been doing the tough guy on the internet shtick since at least 2009 so he will never learn.

This shit right here is pretty damn funny.

Slow week but the cognitive dissonance involving this particular person fascinate me.

If at 1.5 he sounds normal than he's talking at 0.666... normal speed. Not only are you bad at math, Ralph is talking at the devil's speed.
It's time dilation. It's a thing that happens when you move at great speeds or are close-ish to objects of great mass, like for example a black hole, or apparently Ethan Ralph.

Here's my articles and noose contribution.

Capcom's "Exoprimal" video game was advertised with a VTuber livestream in the East, drag queen livestream in the West:

Bellingcat founder Eliot Higgins causes a stir by posting fake Donald Trump arrest images created using Midjourney v5. Gets banned by Midjourney, and many news outlets are covering the fake images:

Here's the 52 image sequence of Trump's arrest and incarceration. Here's some normal Midjourney v5 images.

His Excellency Justin Sun, the founder of TRON Foundation and owner of Rainberry, Inc. (formerly BitTorrent, Inc.), and DLive, gets charged by the SEC with fraud related to crypto securities. Some minor celebs like Lindsay Lohan and Jake Paul paid fines for shilling TRX and BTT tokens without disclosing they were paid to promote them. Soulja Boy, purveyor of the finest Chinese counterfeit game consoles, has not settled yet AFAIK:
In March 2023, Sun was sued by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for selling unregistered securities related to the sale and promotion of Tronix (TRX) and BitTorrent (BBT) tokens, alleging that Sun had engaged in wash trading in the secondary market for TRX in order to buoy its price. Eight celebrities, including Akon, Ne-Yo, Austin Mahone, Soulja Boy, Lindsay Lohan, Jake Paul and Lil Yachty, were charged with promoting these cryptocurrencies without disclosing that they were sponsored, with all those other than Soulja Boy, and Mahone settling with the FTC for more $400,000, without admitting or denying the charges.

Germans get hit with some weird DNS poisoning in the name of anti-piracy:

If you're going to discuss Linus this stream I highly, highly recommend this video. The reason for it plays immediately (if not, 29:15 in the video goes into better detail) showing that Linus never even asked TwoMad (idc what people say, he is just a troll over an entertainer) about his current pc, which I genuinely believe he broke in some capacity beverage Twomad can be very easy to upset. TwoMad basically conned Linus into building him a new PC, all the while he trolled and annoyed the living fuck out of Linus who thought he brought in someone for easy content in the midst of the Covid pandemic, which, at the time he was very limited to whom he could bring in for guests because Canada closed their borders.

this interaction typifies the welfare system

On Wednesday Drachenlord has announced he will leave the internet and never come back bc he wants to life a normal life again.

Goodbye video with very sad piano music in this post.
German audio only. The first minute can be skipped.
So far he has deleted most of his last remaining online accounts. Today he did a short TikTok stream just for his paypigs to say goodbye.

It's the 1 gorillianst time he announced to leave the internet though so nobodyis expecting him to actually stay away from the internet.

I don't believe TwoMad was on welfare at the time, because by then he'd gotten a lot of money from his Zoom prank videos. Regardless, my point is that Linus sucks ass at OpSec, both digitally and in the real world. This is the guy who was shitting on Microsoft Outlook, which would've offered him a basic level of phishing defense, and instead used consumer level Gmail for business. The same man who upon realizing a neighbor (in both ways) was living near him for content use, but never bothered to google his name to see what kind of shit he was getting himself into.

Edit to add: And here is Linus for whatever reason showing himself naked, but heavily censored, attempting to explain what had occurred, which was a session token hijack. What you don't hear him say is anything about what email system he uses, which is Gmail for whatever reason, instead of Microsoft Outlook like any professional business would use.

He also goes to explain that he used an overcomplicated system of admin access through a content management program that, if anything, gave the hacker more time because Linus, instead of simplifying levels of accessibility to reset, made about a dozen and a half different levels of access, all of which he did not know how to reset. Along with that he goes on about how shitty YouTube/Google's system is at handling immediate requests to terminate access, and how little they spoke to him beyond his immediate Youtube contact.

Is Mr.Girl recognised as a cow? I watched a vid last night by a guy called ChudLogic about Mr.Girl trying to have him deplatformed. I am now a ChudLogic fan, I find him quite entertaining, he does commentary / drama coverage in the Destiny ecosystem

Th Saudis were pumping money into Credit Suisse by buying shares in it essentially. When the fund manager for the Saudis was asked if they would pump more money into Credit Suisse, the guy said "Absolutely not!" which freaked people out. He went on to add they have 4.9% or so interest already and if they cross into 5% or more, they end up being regulated so they don't want to deal with that bullshit.

The contagion for the bank is to prevent runs on banks. Currently a bunch of banks acted like retards and bought long term bonds at low interest rates with little to no diversification of assets which are losing value due to rising interest rates that make unrealized losses a thing. If the banks had the ability to see these long term assets out to maturity, they would have avoided the losses. Instead, a bunch of people ran on this bank because they were the worst. Here's a fun little chart to see who else is in trouble.

SVB was insolvent as of last year when this was being reported. What's interesting is that this run on money could have been solved by internal bank loans with their assets being used as leverage but they probably were cut off due to not solving this issue a long time ago. People on the inside knew it was a disaster.

Credit Suisse has always been a problem. I think at this point, Switzerland just wanted this shady bank to go away. They bailed it out to stabilize it enough that it could be taken over by UBS. The Saudi thing was explained by @Retink Retunk
