What are you even supposed to do during the holiday as a 29 year old adult with no kids?
Just watch horror movies and read creepypastas? I get the appeal of fall but fail to see the purpose of halloween.

Adults without kids either drink at home and watch spoopy movies or go to a party and drink. You put up decorations and enjoy autumn. Most holidays are an excuse to drink or party, it's really not that crazy.

I think I'm starting to get it. Halloween is another reason to spend time with family & friends and bond for a month with the community but with a horror theme to it.
That's why Josh told us to change our avatars, so that we could unite the forum under the umbrella of weird.

Oh god, that part was not good, there were a few very clear COPD attacks.
That's why I thought the hissing might be a supplied oxygen thing. It was intermittent, and I didn't hear a compressor. Maybe he was smoking, is that how those vape things sound?
@Vida there's a bunch of younger people on my commute who enjoy the decorating. We're watching a 1950s alien/UFO theme grow this year. My kids love it. Halloween night they end up meeting a lot of the neighbourhood around their school. I like how brave the kids are in costumes they picked. A NINJA isn't afraid to talk to the neighbours
