They also have a "good faith and fair dealing" interpretation of contracts IIRC, so that can really fuck with people trying to read a contract extremely narrowly to justify getting out of a contract, such as in the case of someone invoking the CYA clauses to sever a contract just for the fuck of it without attempting to remedy whatever issues may exist with the other party to the contract, though of course the contract would have to be subject to Washington law for that to matter.

i know null doesnt like politics but Bidem's plea got binned because the judge thinks its unconstitutional and out of the norm. Judge didn't rule in favor for Hunter, Hunter plead Not Guilty because the plea deal was dead in the water.
