They also have a "good faith and fair dealing" interpretation of contracts IIRC, so that can really fuck with people trying to read a contract extremely narrowly to justify getting out of a contract, such as in the case of someone invoking the CYA clauses to sever a contract just for the fuck of it without attempting to remedy whatever issues may exist with the other party to the contract, though of course the contract would have to be subject to Washington law for that to matter.

A situation which sounds a lot like the problems Null constantly has with providers just saying nothing and dropping without so much as a by your leave...
