Probably. This may be gayop or something but I tend to believe that, as the primary 4chan audience has aged, they find it harder and harder to let shit pass by without trying to do something about it. In current year, that means snitching to big companies and governments. The very actions these people would have laughed at a decade ago. Suffice it to say, the new generation isn't posting on 4chan, it's too old and insular. They are posting on sites like tiktok and the sharty - sites that are easier to carve out new subculture niches as oppsoed to 4chan's rigid structure enforced by that soulless fucking gook hiro who is waging constant war with fat fuck pig farmer jim watkins.

I really really think 4chan, sharty, poast kiwifarms etc really should stop internally squabbling, there are greater external threats. Like cloudflare pressing down on all the above sites but one.

This is better, from a time when someone on the sharty asked for a tributing thread for Josh.
