Yeah I'm sure that's how he'd describe himself too were he willing to self reflect a bit, but it's placing all the blame for how he acts outside of himself. He's the one who has a unhealthy view on women because of his lack of self esteem. He's been an adult for a while now, he/you can't blame his parents forever.

I want to say that he was going to do one at some point, but Toad McKinley did his video a while back and covered the subject pretty exhaustively so there was no longer any point in doing a stream. Or maybe its just schizophrenia and my brain is filling in my own life canon.

I'd like to think that Pope Francis had an epiphany recently, a sign from God that he needs to step his shit up and crack down on the degeneracy running rampant right under the church's nose. That, or the more conservative elements of the church are finally gaining a foothold again, causing him to not be so laissez-faire about the whole thing.

The Vatican held a synod two years back and one of the issues brought up was trans shit and faggotry. My Archdiocese is one of, if not the, most liberal in the world, and even then our Archbishop, after counseling with all the priests under him, wrote a massive letter calling the LGBTQIA+ movement spiritual poison and imploring the Cardinals and Pope to rule against supporting it in any way shape or form.

I'm glad even the liberal Catholics know that this gender ideology is inherently against God and the teachings of the church. It's just disappointing that Pope Francis, despite the many grievances brought up by priests around the globe, and especially in the U.S., is just now deciding to act on it. He'd rather strip dissenters in the church of their authority and their apartments in the Vatican, than try to understand their perspectives and communicate with them. At times, even just flat out ignoring letters sent to him and giving the most vague of responses.
