Here's the thing. Manga/anime is created by otaku for otaku. There's no "I'm gonna make fun of these losers" kind of hositlity. If anything that's some Western irony weeb shit. People just like to parrot this kind of shit around, just like the whole "Evangelion is criticizing otaku" when Anno himself has said that this is not the case. @Null As a keyboard autist, I whole heartedly recommend a IBM model M reproduction from Unicomp. They're built like tanks and use buckling springs so they last forever. Buckling springs also feel the best, imo, there's nothing really like it. I have original model M's that are close to 30-40 years old I think and they all still work. They also have a 10-keyless version as well if your into that. Just figured I'd let you know since you were asking.
