Ive noticed Twitter pushing wacky shit at me lately. The pozzed shit, I sorta understand. Echo chambers are not conducive to finding Truth if that is the goal. And its good to be challenged in your beleifs so you know whats legit and whats magical thinking.

You're noticing the same things that I have, I think it all boils down to artificial vs natural engagement. X is gamed in such a whacky way now that you'll never feel relaxed scrolling through it for a long time. Some "like minded" person will quote tweet the dumbest thing you've ever seen and it will kick you off into a piss fit and then hey, there goes half an hour from your life. With a forum you're garunteed organic shit. They're a lot harder to bot to high hell and with proper admins and mods in place they're the best thing we have for social cohesion online.

When forums get big enough they can splinter off into different locations and survive. I've seen it multiple times. I think Josh has done such a good job fighting for KF that the powers that be can't really force their hand any further. As long as Josh doesn't do coke, wear medallions or endanger his children and stay committed I think things will be ok.

There's a ton of shit I can't broadcast right now, including updates on the Rekieta fundraiser, and there were people I was talking to re: guest appearances on shows, legal representation, longshot ideas I had, etc. You can't DM people if you're banned. Your DMs actually disappear, like you never existed, even for the other party. If those people you were talking to are busy and highprofile, you just stop existing. There's a lot of reach on the platform and once I get the account back I'm basically never going to use it to talk to normies again. I will figure out some way to make it a one-way funnel with DMs only.
